Decided to give this spot a try, first order samosas. They are actually good. The green mint sauce/chutney they give is horrible!!! Literally just water mixed with mint! A week ago ordered samosas again 4 and this time, 3 were good fresh one was half the size and had barely any filling. All were bland no flavour or spice with the one that was pretty much fried dough was like one that was sitting and they threw it in. Came in ordered another 4 and told the individual in front. They didn’t care. As always service is slow, prices seem bit over with small portions from seeing servings… they run a store we pay the price but get little in service or a reasonable portion for price and now having shown them pics of they product, they really didn’t care or even shown concern!!

We were deceived by their promotion on Uber Eats. The restaurant had 'buy 1, get 1 free' offer on butter chicken, and we ordered it for our dinner. We were surprised to see that the rice were mixed in with the butter chicken in the container. The quantity of butter chicken we got was a sham. 3 small chicken pieces in each container with a thin layer of curry on a bed of rice. On calling the restaurant, I was told that the butter chicken dish alone costs $17.99, so this is justified. Stop cheating and defrauding your customers. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and false advertising. If you can't offer a deal, then don't offer one.

The 1 star missing is the TV menu. The TV menu changes WAY too fast. You barely get to the 3rd line and it would change. There's no need for that. Keep your first TV cycling through all the images and banners with TV #2 and #3 remain still. We ended up grabbing their paper menu to read. Decided to come try after having their veggie samosa at a house party. Superly yummy food! Very flavorful butter chicken, would have liked a few more chicken pieces. LOVE their veggies samosa. Dined in. Very clean tables. No issues with their dine in set up .

Well her it goes..

Upon recommendation, we placed an order at approx. around 7 pm. Our order was super simple of 1 Goat Kebab, 2 naans, and their chicken Hakka noodles. We were advised our order will be ready in 20-25mins. Well it took us about 30 mins from the west end to arrive at the restaurant.

Here is where it all started to go downhill….

Once we arrived, we went in to pick up our order assuming it was packed and ready to go. We were then asked to confirm our order. Ok, no biggie. Was told it about 5 more mins. We go back to our car and wait for 10 mins. Given they were busy.. again no big deal.

Going in the 2nd time: Go in again, and again she asked us what our order was. Yet again we repeat our order and tell the server that we would also like to purchase some sweets and pastries. Was told to wait as the kitchen is just packing the order and that the mithai order can be placed once the order is ready.

Now standing around and waiting while many have come, placed their orders and have gone.

Now my hunger had turned into anger. We asked the server if she can check to see how much longer as we have already invest a majority of our evening standing around and waiting.

Finally we see our order sitting on the counter. Opened up container to find chicken kebab. We told the server that the order was wrong. She said they do not serve Goat kebab. NOTE: it’s on all their menu’s online and in-store. Advised her that she should have told us that when confirming our order numerous times. Then the server went onto saying that she will not charge us for the chicken kebab and the mithai. We asked to speak to the mgr or owner. She then said there was no mgr in store and did not have any contact for the owner. Upon asking again, the server then rudely said if we are going to complain and wrote her name and # down. My friend then called the Owner who advised its new staffing and they do have GOAT kebab.

As for the Food itself: everything was cold in-store Butter Naans had no butter Chicken – was dry – served without a chutney or a raita HAKKA noodle – now that was delicious, very well flavored and right amount of heat. Definitely a much try Mithai/Sweets – well I only got Jalebi – fresh and crunchy

Presentation: The store was clean and very inviting. There was more than the required amount of customers in the restaurant and masks were not in forced.

Will we return? Yes of course we will, menu had lots of selection. Some tweeks do need to be made with front end of the restaurant with some training in...

The only reason I gave them a 1 star is for the horrible service I was provided. Their food was good but I would have enjoyed it more if I got my right order . We called and placed our order around 7 pm , simple order of their Hakka noodle , goat kebab and 2 naans , I was told my order will be ready in 20/25 mins. I drive out from the west end , takes me approximately 30 mins to get there , to my surprise my food wasn't ready . Not an issue I was told it will be another 10 mins . I wait in my car for another 15 mins before I go in and she asks me again to confirm my order ....again was told to wait for 5 mins. An hour has passed and my order is not ready . I was hangry and didn't want to go thru the ordering process else where so I waited , but by 8.30 I was loosing my patience, I had ppl at home waiting for dinner , finally my order comes out this was after an hour and 40 mins wait , it sits on the side because they were too busy answering the phones and serving ppl who are walking in . I finally get my order and look and it's not the right order , I say to the girl I ordered goat kebab not chicken kebabs , she tells me they didn't have goat kebabs , now I was more furious you make me wait for over an hour and then tell me you don't have goat kebabs , why wasn't I told when I ordered. I told her that I was fustrated and didn't want to take it out on her , but would like her managers number , well her abnoxious attitude was the icing on the top. When I asked for a business card I was told they didn't have any , so I asked for a managers/ owners number , she told me she didn't have it either , so I said ok Google review it is , that's when I got the managers number , I spoke to him in regards to my concerns and that he needs better trained staff during peak hours . Also he confirmed they had goat kebabs.

I wasn't charged for the kebabs because I told her to keep it . The food was tasty , it would have been better if it was not cold and the right order. Please before ordering make sure they take ur order down and give u the right pick up time , I paid money for food that was cold and took over 2.5 hours to...

I have never been one to complain nor leave a bad review on a business. But after what I experienced yesterday, I will never get over. I was totally scammed by their Uber promotion (buy one get one free). The butter chicken plate was half full, all rice and 3 cubes of chicken with the butter chicken sauce all over the rice. The butter Naan bread was literally dough (uncooked). I then called them to complain (thinking I’m doing them a favour) instead of complaining to Uber. The manager or owner apologized on the phone and said to come in and get a new order. He then proceeded to take my info for when I come in. Two days later i physically show up to the restaurant to get my food, the manager starts explaining to me how Uber is giving a free meal at their expense and how they’re not responsible, meanwhile he had literally asked me to come in and grab a new order. I was flabbergasted 🤯

I thanked him for his honesty, after showing him on my phone how I’ve ordered more than 30-40 times from them and how he’s just lost a valuable customer, all that over him not giving a plate of rice with few chicken bites.

Unbelievable behaviour by the...
