Order food online and paid via app on New Years Eve at 5:35 pm. Emailed confirmed pickup at 6:35 pm (1 hr later). Went to pickup and food was not ready. The place was packed with people waiting for their food also. Ended up waiting until 7:16 pm to finally get my order. No one from staff would talk to me about my order. I wanted to cancel and leave as my kids and wife were in the car outside (car was on wasting gas since it was very cold). Was late to a party because of the 40 min late order. Service was 0/10. They should have communicated with customers better and not take new orders if they were overwhelmed or behind. Instead they made everyone suffer with no clue when we would get our orders. If the order is that late, I should have been able to get a refund and just cancel my order. The staff did not apologize to anyone for the delays or update customers on the status of...

If you’re looking for Chinese food not a blend of Indian and Chinese, maybe try something else. Family was craving some Chinese takeout and I was craving an egg roll…only to be pretty disappointed. The egg rolls were extremely doughy and tasted like cardamom and cumin. Those are flavours that should Not be in an egg roll. It tasted like a samosa with bean sprouts. I didn’t even eat all of it; threw half of it away because it just wasn’t what I wanted. Also ordered general tso’s chicken, Cantonese chow mein, lemon chicken and vegetables. Those dishes were okay but not great; kind of bland, and all of them had a slight curry taste. Won’t order from here again. If we’re craving “Chinese” we’ll order somewhere else. Peter went above and beyond to accommodate our group, ensuring we were able to enjoy both halal and regular dishes. We truly appreciated the flexibility and care in preparing everything exactly as we requested.

Every single dish we ordered was delicious – piping hot, fresh, and bursting with bold, authentic flavor. You could really tell the ingredients were high quality and cooked with attention and passion.
