NEVER GO HERE!!! never in my life have i ever been treated with such DISRESPECT in a public place before. i went in to enjoy my boba i come here on a regular basis and i am a loyal customer. a young man walks in and in a nice calm manner speaks to the man at the front about how his drink cup had broken just a few minutes ago becuase the lid was not put on properly. he goes on to ask if the man could please remake his drink since it was clearly not his fault that it had broken. the man in one of the rudest tones ive ever heard tells this young man that he will not be remaking his drink just because he had left the store and that there was nothing that he could do about it. as the young man was about to exit i called him back and jumped out of my seat, i could not sit back and let this happen. i spoke to the man at the front and further explained the boys problem and how disgusting and insane it is to me to have such a policy that they cannot remake the drink simply because he left the store when it was clearly the man who made the drinks fault for not putting the lid on properly. i explained to him that i come here atleast once a week and have been coming here since the very start of this business launch and he contuined to say it was policy and not his fault?? the most disgusting horrible customer service i have ever experinced. i then asked to speak to a manager and a women who was behind the counter pops up and tells me that i can leave my complaint on their instagram. i trll her that is so unprofessional and i asked for a MANAGER not where i should leave my complaint. she rudely gives me the name of her manager and u best believe their manager will be getting a call. so disgusting i could never even imagine treating a paying customer like that and with the prices that they have??? that’s absolutely insane and disgusting get better employees and a different policy because its absurd to me. will 100% never in my life be returning and neither should you. DISGUSTING DO...

I don’t usually leave many reviews but felt compelled to based on my experiences here. Had the opportunity to try out this new boba joint in the north end. Ordered the taro milk tea with ube walling, and could not get enough of it. I keep going back for more. To put it simply .. it is D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S.

Boba: The texture of the boba is always consistent, cooked thoroughly with the perfect soft-chewy-sweet goodness. Taste: The drink itself has a perfect combination of a unique tea flavour and creamy taro sweetness. Not only does it tastes good, it looks like an art piece. So pretty. Value: Definitely a bang for your buck, so worth the 30 minute drive, and at the same time a great way to support your local family-owned Boba Club! Service: Wait time is minimal. Service is always excellent and friendly.

I look forward to trying out the other unique drinks...

I had the brown sugar creme brûlée bbt. It was a very complex bbt with lots going on, but it worked. They do the brown sugar well with the pearls at a perfect consistency. Then there is quite a bit of a custard flavour with the tea and then to top it off, caramelized sugar topping that is torched when you order it and then crushed up in the drink. Don’t order this drink if you want a strong tea flavour.. order it if you want creme brûlée custardy, and milky, brown sugary goodness.

The concept of marrying creme brûlée and brown sugar milk tea I found works very well. We ordered 6 drinks and they come out relatively fast too. I tried the taro milk tea w ube walling and that was...

Tried the brown sugar creme brûlée with milk tea and it wasn't what I was expecting. This was the first bubble tea with milk that I've had and found the flavour to be a little underwhelming, maybe too tea-ish. It may not have been mixed well enough either as it became extremely flavourful near the end where I could definitely taste the creme brûlée. The burnt sugar topping was a nice touch and literally the best part. Maybe next time I'll try it with fresh milk or give one of their sparkling fruit teas a try instead. The shop was very clean and the staff were very pleasant and nice. It was quite busy though on a late afternoon on a Saturday.

This bubble tea shop is amazing!!! They have such delicious flavours and so many choices too. Prices are very reasonable when you order in store. If you order through skipthedishes, it’s more expensive for some reason so just order in store for their actual price. Love the set up inside and is very covid friendly with limited seating that is all spaced out. Their pearls are well made and they use fresh fruit in their drinks while often leaving fruit chunks for you to chew on along with your pearls. Service was excellent as staff were very respectful, helpful, and quick while making the drinks!
