Subway is a good choice, normally. Show a coupon? No, she won't take it? Ask about sauces? They are happy to point and say "pick something". Ask about how to collect points on the loyalty app? Expect a staff member to audibly sigh loudly then hold her head as if "getting a migraine", roll her eyes if you talk to her and... well, you probably feel like you were a burden but at least the quality of the food is the same as others. So.. it's worth the star. If the food was remotely less quality.. 0 stars isn't an option anyhow.
Don't expect service or a well advertised deal at this location. Ended up with 2 subs for more than the price of the 3 the coupon offers (granted, with 1 half of 1 footlong with extra cheese).
I see why I prefer Quiznos, heck a gas station or me making a sandwich. If this is what Subway is offering for with service... Keep competing against Mr. Sub in quality, pre-made sandwiches from a grocery store for service or literally any human who can toast bread and add toppings - which far exceed this. I donât think weâve had a single positive experience with customer service here but weâve more or less dealt with it and moved on. After tonight, we will not return to this location. We ordered a sub and a salad, dressing, rice and chicken on the side. They put the dressing in the same size bowl as the salad and when we protested that, they said they ran out of the dressing containers so they had to put it in the large bowl and weâd have to pay for the cost of the bowl. Obviously that was ludicrous to us but we were given 2 options. Dressing on the salad or on the side in a large salad bowl that we pay for. We argued with them about how insane that was that weâd have to pay for something else because they ran out of stock on the proper size but they stood their ground very rudely insisted it was their way or nothing. Then they came to the counter with the rice and chicken in SMALLER bowls! So literally a compromise between the salad dressing containers and the large salad container that they were making us pay for! I donât know how theyâre still in business but they wonât be getting...

When I ordered, I let the staff know that the food was for someone with ocd. The staff had no idea what I was talking about and both members started to talk amongst themselves in their (east-Indian) language which happened to be over the food. They were told to cease such behavior because it isn't sanitary.
I had to "hold their hand" throughout the rest of the steps but let them know what to do in the future. I gave them a decent size tip for the special instructions but the manager of the store needs to do a better job of training their staff members.
In today's world, customer service and cleanliness is everything and to successfully run a business, you must make sure those 2 practices are at the top of your game.
