The Greenhouse Restaurant at Riverside — Restaurant in Edmonton

Friendly and helpful staff, I give it to the guys and gals here but that's all about it. A total disconnect between what is shown in the website and what the reality is. My mistake is I trusted what is shown in the website and the other "2" google reviewers. It is a golfcourse clubhouse that is more like a cafeteria. We ordered breakfast and we got something that looks like it came out of a trucker's roadside restaurant. I was hoping to find a hidden gem of a restaurant to share with friends, sad to say it is not the kind of a gem I was hoping to see or excuse me to say, not a gem at all. We had to wait half an hour for our food which was missing an order where there was only us in the "restaurant" (cafeteria). My 6YO daughter even said, maybe the reason why there are not many customers is that it takes them so long to prepare the food. We had our wedding reception at the Greenhouse in September and we couldn't recommend it enough! Weronika and Mark did such a fantastic job and were super accomodating. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous being next to the river valley and the firepits outside are a great spot for guests to mingle. Weronika and the team went above and beyond with the set up and tear down of the ceremony and reception. We were able to make a custom menu and it was absolutely delicious; Mark did a great job!
