Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Edmonton

SLOW!!! and severely understaffed.

Stopped in on my Dinner break as I work up the street. Just after 6 on a sunday. Store wasn't busy. However I waited by the till for over 5min waiting for the order in front of me to be finished.

I should have left at this point.

There was a total of one kid running around. 1 more running the drive thru and another that was popping back and forth filling the donut racks.

Placed my order. 1 ham and chedder sandwhich, 1 Ice Capp, 1 Potato we... oh... they apparently don't make potato wedges on sunday evenings... so 1 choco glaze donut. Debited my order and proceeded to pick up area.

I was promptly handed my 1 choco glaze donut and my Ice Capp. Then Proceeded to wait another 15mins for this poor kid to deal with people walking in and taking orders before he could wash up and proceed to make my (and others) sandwich's.

Total time spent at this location Over 20mins. Factor in Drive time and my 30min dinner Break was WASTED!... luckily I skipped my first 15min break so I still had time eat.

It should NEVER take 20mins for a super simple order like this. Only reason this is 2 star instead of 1 is I felt bad for the poor kid who was just...

The service could improve- listen to your customers as they order, I ordered two large cups of ice in the drive-through with my order. I said it twice very clearly they did not put the charge on the order, after I paid I was not given the ice. I requested it. and they expected me to just have $.20 - I was using my bank card. I did not even have any change. I was not going to tap my card for 20 cents, rather than give me the 2 cups of ice for free like the other location that I ordered from 20 minutes later that didn't even charge me for the cups of ice.. this guy - he refused, to honor his mistake: rather than lose 20 cents. he refunded my whole order. rather than give me the $.20 cups of ice. Terrible customer service. Will not stop at this location ever again. As you can see on the receipt of the store I actually was able to eat at- no charge for...

Absolutely horrible. I went to highschool at wagner, used to always go to timmies there. 3 years later I go back, and theres an egg shell in my egg. Like a good chunk of one, so when cracking open an egg, it would be pretty obvious if a piece of shell fell in. There was egg stuck to it too, meaning it was cooked. When I opened the wrapper, it was stuck to the inside of the wrapper covering the food, meaning there is absolutely no way that they didnt see it there. You guys need to be more careful.

EDIT: After deciding to eat the sandwhich anyway because yk, I paid for it, I found more egg shells cooked inside the sandwhich between the cheese and egg. Absolutely disgusting. Im thankful my mom told me my little brother had already ate. He is autistic, so he wouldnt of been able to tell us if something was wrong with it. You guys seriously need...
