**Update** you'll notice the Tim Hortons reply below mine. What they want is for you to go to their site, sign up, then write out your whole complaint there, where you have to select the store location, etc. So I did that. Then I got a response from that telling me that in order to help me properly, I now have to write it all out again, in email, along with the store location, my name, address, phone number, the date I ordered, etc., which will be the THIRD time I'm now writing all this out. Seriously?? I'm done. Don't bother with all that. Write it out here and let people decide. How do they intend to "help me properly" anyway?? *original review* Why do they insist on putting chocolate covered donuts in bags. Half the chocolate is now on the inside of the bag instead of inside my stomach. It's 2025. They can't think of another way to hand them out? Also, if you want a late-night donut, don't go to this location. I've tried maybe 6 times over the last couple months and they never have donuts past maybe 9pm? I always ask what they have and I've driven away empty handed every single time because they tell me they're out. And I don't mean out of my favourite.. they say they're out of donuts completely. I've also asked for other items in the past and the answer is always, "sorry we're out of that". Seems like they just don't want to work at night.

Today i went to this Tim hortons for the very first time around 4:30 pm I had an offer for any loaded wrap + iced coffee + donut for 9.99$ and I ordered the same thing . A girl with HIJAB took my order so my total should be 10$ plus tax but she made my total around 13.49$ something (regular price) I tried to make her understand that the offer saying 10$ plus tax she was not even listening to me then I guy helped me and somehow he fix the issue But when I first sipped my iced coffee there was no cane sugar at all . I showed her my coffee and said there’s no cane sugar can you please add extra sugar or make me a new coffee please she was making faces and gave me a new coffee and second time again my iced coffee was without cane sugar. I got very disappointed because i clearly told her please make my iced coffee with extra cane sugar I don’t know whether she’s under training or she has some hearing problem. then she put extra cane sugar and she didn’t even fill the coffee up-to 5th line and started showing me attitude. I got very disappointed and their customer service is POOR. Not recommended to anyone . I am requesting to management team kindly give her training how to deal with customers and not making faces . thank you so much for spoiling my mood and wasting my time .

Restaurant used to be a good location, however service sometimes is way too long and wait times just when opening is 10 minutes when needing to get to work. Fume hood vents being cleaned using caustic cleaner while the odors enter the restaurant during open hours and bagels soggy and improperly toasted having to make them over is a constant thing around here. Dirty unkempt washroom is a constant thing as well. Yellow jacket wasp issues every summer and when weather gets warming. Either these wasps are surviving their nest location because it's warm or they aren't eradicated properly. Update!!!. I can't believe they got rid of the large sandwiches and only serve the small roast beef and cheddar for the same price as a large and the same does for the turkey bacon club. They are really rationing the food items such a shame. Looks like they're phasing out the sandwiches in general and doing them more supreme stack style and slider style, which are way smaller. They should just go back in serving just coffee and doughnuts and just a soup and breakfast sandwiches in the morning. May as well go back to a doughnut outlet and leave everything behind. This is getting bad.

“After tonight, I will be recommending to everyone I know to boycott this business. As a military veteran with 16 years of service, I will also be asking other military members, both serving and retired, to avoid giving this establishment any service since they do not meet the standards they claim to provide. I came back to edit my review since the service here has worsened. On 23 May 2023 at 10:10pm, I arrived at this location and tried to order a sandwich. The woman I spoke to at the drive-thru told me there were no sandwiches left and that the only items available were donuts and drinks. I found this odd and questioned how they could only have these options to choose from. Then a male came over the intercom and told me they don’t make sandwiches or anything else at night when it’s close to closing. I said this isn’t supposed to work this way since I arrived before closing. He gave me the excuse of having to let the equipment cool down so they can clean it before closing. I have worked in the food industry for 16 years and am a certified chef. Never have I seen equipment shut off and cleaned or menu items stopped being served almost an hour and a half before closing. The place doesn’t close until 11:30pm. I asked for this person’s name but he refused to give it to me, saying he doesn’t have to give that information out. I asked him for the manager’s name so that I could call and file a complaint. He told me her name was Izzy. I repeated this name to him and he confirmed that she was the manager. I will not be returning to this location and will be filing a complaint with the franchise...
