Be patient with them, there is always a learning curve.
I've seen many bad early reviews for this location. I purposely dine in to observe their employees. I think they're trying their best but for sure training takes time, same as everywhere else. At least I don't see anyone playing on their phone and throwing his/her coworkers under the bus. I'm sure it will get better over time. At the end of the day, we need to understand they got paid so little but under a lot of stress especially in rush hours.
A few things I noticed about this location: -Their pricing is lower than other locations. (I'm paying a Dave triple meal here, yet, still cheaper than buying a Dave double meal in another location, which surprised me a lot. Not complaining tho) Their Menu is very up close to the counter which is a nice touch. You can read it clearly They didn't cover the thermostat in public. Anyone could change it for no reason. Not the worst could happen but there's a high school across the street. All Gender Restrooms, hence, LGBTQ friendly They have a power napkin dispenser right next to the washroom door. See the big "Strawberry Frosty" sign in the window? They don't actually sell that here (they will tell you the promotion ended a week ago and they forgot to take down the sign...at least, that's what they've told me each time for the past several months).
Interior was dirty when we last visited - I wiped up the puddle of mixed beverages all around the ketchup stand, which has been there long enough that it had stained the counter. The drink lid stand fell apart on attempting to remove a lid (doesn't look like it's attached properly, so be careful). The video display, which presumably shows menu items and promos, was in a constant rebooting loop. It's a bit like they lost the Wendy's instruction manual at some point, but decided to push ahead anyway, ad hoc, with mixed results.
The staff is very friendly, and the food is the usual Wendy's fare, if that's your thing (I like it, occasionally).

Read moreNever returning to this location. Worst trained staff. Ordered small fries and another item with coupons but was told that the coupons had to be used in two transactions. We've had other locations accept the coupons in one transaction, but whatever. That's fine. But we were charged another $2.19 for the fries again, and so we asked what this charge was. Was told, "just wait." After the 3rd time the worker said that, we asked, "stop saying 'just wait,' and let us know what the charge is." She said it ten times (not an exaggeration) before finally admitting that she messed up. Making mistakes is fine. Just admit it from the start, but don't be rude about it and say "just wait." She also took really long to get help from a supervisor who could've resolved the issue. She said she'd get someone but didn't right away, and wasn't able to get the help we need while we and others behind us in the drive-thru were waiting. The staff need better training. Try saying, "one moment please," or "I'll get help right away." Something like that please, and not "just wait," while not actually resolving...
