Great food, service is friendly and quick. They ask you if you're enjoying your meal and follow up with you but they dont bother you at the same time. Super friendly 2-person crew which is nice because it's familiar faces you can get used to. They have a washroom available for anyone to use and they keep it clean which I think is important because somebody really wise once told me they believe the way to really tell how a well a business values its customers/clients is by how well they maintain their washrooms. ♡ lol. We used to LOVE going to the donair zone & ordered out quite often like 3 times a month. The past 3 times we have tried ordering we had the unfortunate experience of an unpleasant guy on the phone who had ZERO customer service & was completely rude. He forgot our order of Mozzarella sticks then double charged us the first time. We let that slide & tried again to order & we got this guy again & he hung up the phone after screaming "HUH " I called back & re places our order, After TWO HOURS I called back & asked him where our order was & he was extremely rude & said that it would be another half hour. I said forget it. He then said okay good then hung up! I will never in my life spend another cent there. Bad food, less quantity, high prices! Not worth it in my opinion. Regret eating from there. It made me feel so sick that i am up at 2 am writing this review. Beef donair was so bad that we could hardly eat a few bits and threw away almost all. The chicken donair taste was fine but there was something about it that made me feel so sick! Not worth 25 CAD at all. Plate was mostly filled rice and lettuce with a little chicken and tomatoes/cucumbers etc sprinkled on top like seasoning. Sauce tasted bad too.
