Mountain Pizza & Steak House — Restaurant in Edson

June 16/22 My parents and I were looking forward to stopping for lunch which we did, but our anticipation soon turned into disappointment. The service from our waitress in the main dining area (not the lounge) was terrible. We placed our order including an appetizer that arrived and it was the wrong thing, and she said this is what “you” ordered when we knew it wasn’t…we had to keep the “mushroom caps” when we knew we ordered the stuffed mushrooms. She was unwilling to make any change. Then our meal took over an hour to come. What made this frustrating was we literally were the only ones in the entire main dining area! We are addressed our waitress to see when our meal would be coming and she pretty much just said “it will be here shortly.” We felt she was so uninterested in her job and we felt she didn’t care about absolutely anything we were trying to explain to her. The ribs and baked potato were cold when they finally arrived, the butter didn’t even melt on the baked potato! As customers that travel through often, we certainly will be looking for a different eating establishment for our dining.

I had heard pizza was very good I ordered delivery,asking what kind of pizza had olives on it lady suggested the special so I ordered it,55 minutes later it showed up I paid 35 dollars for one pizza,hey quality food costs.I opened box and ate a l Piece and looked for the olives and the extra ones I asked for and was charged for but there wasn't even 1 olive on entire pizza. So I called store and spoke too manager and she said they would come pick up pizza and send one with olives ,I replied I've already waited an hour and I was starving could I nibble on this one until you get here and she said no.,Then another lady came on and said virtually the same thing. Frustrated I ate pizza I didn't want and was charged for extra olives and a specialty pizza but never received.I will be sure too tell my experience and never return.
