McDonald's — Restaurant in Elliot Lake

There are not alot of options in Elliot Lake so I keep going here but I am really done with this place. very rarely is there not something wrong with my order from cold food,missing items and long waits in a visibly empty restaurant. Its clear the training there is a joke I get an egg blt McMuffin quite often and almost every time its made differently. Yesterday I waited for 35 minutes in drive thru just to be told "oh by the way our tap doesn't work" unfortunately thats all I had. Not a single one of those crew members thought it was a good idea to put a sign up telling customers.

Still terrible even with new owners English muffins are not toasted. There is sometimes a 10 min Wait just to order in drive thru with no cars to be seen, I don't know how that happens. They Can never seem to get any order correct its like food roulette at the window you just never know what your gonna get. McDonald's is supposed to be a place thats at least consistent this place is the farthest thing away from that its okay sometimes but generally bad. The building and equipment appears to have never been properly up kept. Doors and sidewalks are crumbling, the drive thru speaker is extremely quiet andalso not used by staff properly. Someone will take an order and not put it into there till and just say drive up so you don't know what the total is or if they even got it right. It just generally feels like you are an inconvenience to the staff if you ever go ther like I just ruined there day by ordering a coffee. I wish the owner actually cared about the business and...

From big city lights to small town joys...

What can I say. I've never tasted food so fresh. Honestly I'm from out of town. From a city of 550k I frequent mcds more than I like to admit (especially with the all day bfast and working nights). My experience was greeted with a friendly and genuine (I might add) experience. I see a few complaints here. Listen guys. Voice your concerns... And they will I assure you turn your experience upside down. This community wants to please and satisfy every costumer from every walk of life. I will be back... I will frequent. And I will not complain that my thermostat in my car isn't working to which results in room temperature food from a DRIVE thru. Go figure that my meat (which holds in a holding tray in presume (yes I worked in fast food) is room temperature by the time I get home. I'm sorry but if they wrapped it in foil you'd complain that the food was soggy...

Honestly come eat here and enjoy some mcds the way it's meant to be. Fast fresh and delish.

Where else are you going to go? Go cook yourselves a meal if you want to complain... Or better yet speak up and they will right there wrongs (as the costumers always Right!!!....right?)

I wanted to share something with you about the McDonald’s in Elliot Lake. The McDonald’s locations I’ve been to so far have all had a really nice and peaceful atmosphere — the kind of place where you can sit down, relax, enjoy your coffee or meal, with some background music playing softly.

But this particular McDonald’s is quite different. Even though it’s not very busy in terms of customers, the kitchen area and staff seem extremely hectic. There’s constant noise — alarms going off, loud voices — and overall, it’s just not a relaxing environment. You don’t feel that sense of comfort or calm here at all.

The noise level is so high that it makes me want to grab my coffee and leave right away. I really hope that this McDonald’s can eventually reflect the peaceful nature of this beautiful, quiet town and become a more relaxing place for...
