Just went in to buy supper. The one person inside was on the phone when I went in. She then went to the back room on the phone, leaving me standing there. After close to 10min she comes back and says they closed at 5 because it is Easter Sunday. So I told her that the open sign is still turned on, and asked why she didnât tell me when I came in that they were closed instead of leaving me standing there waiting. She said âThere is a sign on the doorâ (I looked on my way out and there is indeed a sign on the door that I missed on my way in). I told her thatâs not really the point, and it would have been polite to tell me they were closed right away instead of leaving me standing and waiting. I asked if I could please order two subs (since she was still there and all the food was still out) and she refused. I told her that she should turn off the âOpenâ sign in the window to avoid confusion for others. After sitting in the parking lot for another 5 min writing this the sign is still on.    Read moreThe Subway in Erin provides a decent sub experience. The sandwiches were tasty and up to the usual Subway standards, which was appreciated. However, the overall ambiance leaves room for improvement.
Upon entering, it was immediately evident that the premises could use a good cleaning. The tables were noticeably dirty, which is a bit of a letdown when you're looking forward to a nice, quick meal. We ended up wiping down our own table before eating, which shouldn't be part of the customer experience at any dining establishment.
Staff were polite but seemed preoccupied, possibly contributing to the lack of cleanliness.
The food itself was good enough to keep this from being a negative review, but the overall experience was marred by the condition of the restaurant. Attention to basic housekeeping could easily elevate this to a higher rating.

Read moreDanger beware, do not go to this place. Well, I went in to Subway and I came out literally with charges that were fictitious set forth by the server at the counter, accusing me of asking her to go kill another gentleman that is greatly caused a lot of problems for myself and my employees, As I had to take many days off to clear my name this year, I will be suing Subway for a punitive damages. Lost wages slander etc et cetera. If I were you, I would not go to the pizza place next door or Subway if you're looking for problems, that is a definitely place to go. They're not professional. The place is dirty you shouldn't have to clean your own Tables. Can't wait to get some money at a Subway for their false allegations beware, do...
