McDonald's — Restaurant in Espanola

Recently went to this location. My wife found a spider crawling around in her chicken nugget meal. We brought that back in because that's disgusting. Obviously they didn't look at either the box or the chicken nuggets when they put them in and when we brought them back in The worker had no idea what we were saying but finally proceeded to give us another package of chicken nuggets but then told me to take the other chicken nuggets and just eat them with the spider still in the package. While in the restaurant the amount of bugs and flies and everything else that were in there was absolutely disgusting and that's not including the new workers that you could smell from a mile away 😨 unfortunately we will no longer be stopping at this location and I do believe that more customers that were in there when we brought that bug infested chicken nugget box in will also no longer be eating there. This seems to be a common problem at McDonald's and all fast food, restaurants everywhere but It is unfortunate that people from other countries are bringing their hygiene patterns/problems to our country. Unless you are interested in eating bugs feces and whatever else is on these people, I would not recommend...

I've Jeter seen McDonalds so busy, there was about 15 to 20 cars in the drive-through and about 10 ppl inside. I ordered our food at 4:45 pm and I left McDonalds at 5:15 with our food. The manager dude was yelling at customers who were standing 15-20 min waiting for their orders. 1 gentleman ordered 2 happy meals for his little girls, he was given 1 happy meal. The Mgr started yelling at the customers. It was terrible. The lady working the front of the store refused to give food out to people cause she was getting yelled at. Friday night, busy as all heck, and tempers were flying. 1 elderly couple waited at least 20 min for 2 ice cream cones for himself and his wife. When he went to the front to ask if someone could make his ice cream the Mgr again started getting upset with the elderly customer.

This Mgr guy needs to re-train all his staff, cause since when do employee's refuse to work a part of store cause they don't want to get yelled at. People's food was piling up where they bag the orders, and some meals had been there for 20 min,...

We have been stopping to eat at this location for 3 years now on our way to our camp on Manitoulin but after our last experience (July 5th) I think we will be going elsewhere. We did receive our meal quickly but there was not a clean table to be had, not to mention french fries, paper & grease spots all over the floor & grease on bench sears. My adult daughter asked one of the older female staff if she could please clean a table off for us & her reply was "no not right now". When our order was ready my husband stepped forward to retrieve tray & asked if he could have a cloth to clean the table. The same female oblidged my husband the cloth at which time a very kind female customer offered to carry his tray as he had tray, cloth & his cane in hand. She was flabergasted to see he had to clean his own table. Other customers observed what had transpired & an elderly gentleman expressed that is why he gets take out & eats in the vehicle.
