Subway — Restaurant in Espanola

My wife and son went in there around 6pm on December 16th. My wife was treated unfairly and told to leave immediately. They also refused to take an order from my son and asked him to leave as well. I would give a negative rating if possible.

What happened was my wife asked for the real chicken breast multiple times to make sure we didn't get the processed chicken. The sandwich Makers said, Yes for sure we will do that." What did they do? They put the processed chicken on our subs. My wife asked them to remove the processed chicken from the subs but they refused and said no you must pay for these subs and than we can make you another sub with the real chicken! My wife refused to pay for the subs as it was not what she had asked for. So they told her, "We aren't serving you get out!" My son than proceeded to order and they said " We aren't serving you either, both of you get out now!"

They were extremely rude to my wife and son. We will never go back there and I encourage everyone I know not to go there. They were terribly disrespectful for no fault on my...

EDIT: The owner sent me a snarky email in response to a corporate review, so I will add that they treat the restaurant like their home, and someone's kid lays/sits barefoot watching an iPad at a blocked off section. Looks more like a messy home than a Subway. Also there is always at least 5 people working at once, elbow to elbow. Maybe if you hired less people, you'd have the budget for extra pickles?

Twice now, I've gone to this Subway to order my usual and twice they've blown up and berated me for simply asking for more toppings. The worker said "I can't keep adding all of these toppings!" and I said "But this is how I want it." To which he became angry and started berating me, "You can't keep asking and asking and asking." I said to him, "If you keep speaking to me that way, I can leave now and you'll have wasted two sandwiches." He then yelled, "Go ahead and leave, I can donate these sandwiches!" So I left. I’ve come here often throughout the years and just recently, the past year or two, the owner has decided that he wants to charge for extra toppings. There are some customers that get a little bit of everything, which is A LOT of toppings... all I get is 3 to 4 toppings on my sub... and if I want “a lot” of the one topping they charge you almost $1 extra which is RIDICULOUS. Considering it shouldn’t be extra at all, as I hardly have any toppings on it. I will be trying to avoid this subway as I’ve never been treated like that before. Should have just left...
