Ordered for the first time here tonight. We ordered off the dinner menu. Staff were very friendly, food was prepared on time. Food quality and portions were good. ( but- picked up order and was missing egg rolls. I live too far away to go back and they would not deliver them to us ) As per their advertising, I took the 10% off if I paid cash over 35$. My order was 41$ and when I looked at the receipt my discount was $2.10, I questioned the server as this equates to 5% discount and after stumbling his response was “the machine does it automatically....” Is the machine programmed to take off 5 not 10% as advertised ? When I questioned again he said the combos don’t apply for discounts”. Their menus indicates the lunch menu does not apply for discounts. Nothing else. I did not ask for my extra 5% back but just wanted to understand what was happening. Not sure if I’ll be returning. Will try their competitors first. Read moreSo my wife and I occasionally ordered here since moving into the area, and we say occasionally because there's truly no good Asian food in this area.. mediocre at it's best to say the least lol. Anyway we always thought Yummy One was "okay" to order from... not until recently in the last 3 times that we ordered different items on their menu, did we notice that this place LOVES to use onions as their filler in place of the protein (aka beef), so on our last and most recent order we said NO onions and they discovered a different way to fill the container... with even more celery and carrots lmao!
Like seriously, close down the joint if you cannot afford your menu to serve to your customers, because getting a container full of onions or carrots or celery with 10 tiny pieces of meat is absolutely embarrassing for you the owner to serve and for us the customer to look at. Read moreOur experience was not great at all today, normally everything goes smooth and I understand today was a holiday as well however communication is key between staff and customers. The poor girl at the front was so stressed, over worked and under paid crying at the front.. we order around 420pm for a 6pm pick up. We called 615, staff could tell us where we were in line up or any info, called again at 7, same response, they were " doing their best" 730 my husband headed to the store to talk to someone, like 20 people waiting inside all frustrated it was hours over and still no food. Finally 4 hours after we ordered we FINALLY got our order. We for sure would have ordered somewhere else had we known, but it was never mentioned 6pm was a problem.
