Lately the quality of this establishment has dropped significantly. I chose to patron Mr. Sub because even though the cost of the food was well above that of subway. The quality of the food was also well above that of subway. I have ordered the same sub for 3 decades. Assorted with all (or nearly all) veggies. When made properly, the sandwich is massive and is harder to wrap with 1 sub wrap paper. That's why I switched to Mr. Sub. They didn't skimp on toppings. That however changed (for me) in December of last year, where not only did the person making my sub forget the meat (more on that in a moment), they put barely any toppings. A normal sub would have a ton of lettuce, but now I can see bread through the lettuce, or to be more precise, i can see some bits of lettuce on the bread. The fact that i get nearly every other topping, i shouldn't see the lettuce under those, but now they put so little of everything, it's pathetic. Back to the meat they forgot to put. When I went back to get it remade, they said they remembered making it and said they put the meat on it, implying that I'm a thief and that it was worth it for me to drive to the store to pick up the sub, drive home, take off the meat, drive back to the store to get another sub made just to get extra meat... The gas costs more than the meat...
If this is the way Mr. Sub is going to do business from now on, I'm sorry to say I won't be a part of it.
I defended my choice to pay extra for a better quality of a product I could get elsewhere for cheaper in the past, but it seems I can no longer defend that as the quality is no longer better than elsewhere, only the price...

There was a large order ahead of me and I waited patiently, however what I don't like is when it was my turn you left to write down whatever you wrote down on like 4, 5 sub bags because you "seen some lady coming" I get she might be a regular but I was there first and I was waiting patiently. I arrived at 645pm for take out and didn't leave until 715pm.
Do not prioritize your customers just because she is a regular.

I really don't understand what the problem is with this location but I am never coming back here again. First you prioritized regular customers over new ones then when you try to apologize you give me this? It was a online order I placed an hour ahead of time AND I called 25 minutes before pick up to ask them to wait until 4:30pm because something popped up. When I walked in the restaurant was quite with the parking lot empty plus two employees working so I really don't understand why...
Read moreI've been going to this location for over 12 years and have never had a complaint untill tonight. I've ordered the same order countless times. This young lady tonight may be having a bad day but it is no reason whatsoever to literally throw my sub together, give me half the meat that was suppose to be on the sub. (Even recognized by another customer). Putting sauce on the toppings she put on the paper instead of the sub it self. Amoungst other things that a paying dedicated customer shouldn't have to go through for a simple sub. I was so irritated by her service I left her with the sub and went to subway and will continue to do so from now on. I hope the owner reads this and explains to that specific employee (blonde hair in a single braid) that kind of customer service is not acceptable and should not be tolerated...
