Where to start…

Quality of food: Poor. The beans were very dry and clumpy. I’ve had better beans out of a tin can. The steak was mediocre and their burritos are over priced for the portion they give you. I got a small burrito and the price for a small burrito was $9.39 (don’t quote me on the cents): They charge you extra for getting steak which I didn’t find out until the burrito was already made. I took a quick look at the menu to see where it says that they charge extra for steak. I couldn’t find it.

Customer service: extremely poor. I didn’t feel welcomed at all in fact, I felt like they didn’t want me there. The lady who served me was rude and quick to get me out of there. She had blonde hair

It's clear this place is under new management because the food is terrible. I've been going to this place for 4 years with no complaints. Over the past 4 weeks, I've been in twice. Both times the Nashville chicken tacos weren't available. Last night we went for chicken tacos and quesadillas. The meat was bone dry. Literally, meat dust. Typically the meat is simmered in juices to keep it moist but whatever these guys are doing now it's not working. They were so stingy with the cheese on the quesadilla, it wouldn't stay closed and the fillings literally fell out of the quesadilla into my hands and all over the counter. Clearly the new management doesn't know the first thing about tex-mex food or how it should be prepared and presented. Save your money and to to Mucho Burrito in town. This...

The employee working the counter was nice enough, no issues there. Once the burrito had rice, beans and steak on it - I was informed they had almost no veggie toppings available other the lettuce and tomato basically. Had I known ahead of time I likely wouldn’t have ordered. I felt bad to have them waste the food at this point so I proceeded to order the few toppings they had even though it was no longer something I desired without my preferred veggies available. The order was just over 20.00 for a reg steak burrito and a bottle of Coke Zero. Once I got home and had a bite I was utterly disappointed, the steak was sooooo dry and chewy but firm. Yuck.
