I usually stop in on at this location on my way down to Toronto for work in the morning to grab breakfast. I use the drive through. Sometimes, there are quite a few cars in the drive through but I know that these Tims employees are quick to get those orders out that window!! So I know it won't be waiting long ...unless someone on the line decided to order the whole product line. But that's not the Workers fault. That person just doesn't know drive through etiquette, if you are going to have a complicated order, just go in. But I digress. Back to this Thorton location! Not only are they quick to get you on your way, but they are also very friendly! Not the "Welcome to Wal-Mart! Get your stuff and get out!" Kind of friendly. But a genuine friendliness that actually brightens my mornings sometimes. And it's not just from the caffeine raging through my system. The one complaint I do have, but this has nothing to do with this location but with Tim Hortons as a 'whole', please please bring back the original Peanut Butter Cookie! This Reese one you got going on is not bad as a specialty cookie, but those Peanut Butter cookies were probably the best Peanut Butter cookies out there! But that's my one complaint that's should be worth noting LOL
So to sum this review up. Great Staff here, Quick drive through times and please bring back the Peanut Butter Cookie. (Man, I really miss...
Read moreToday when I went to this store, I saw that the manager was yelling at a brown girl. He was telling her to do food, while the girl was saying that I had already on food for 3.5 hours. The manager told her that if you don’t do it, then punched out and go home. In my opinion, this is very wrong because everyone has the right to refuse to work if they can’t do it safely. And that girl was saying that she have a back pain. They were saying that they had more staff to serve the food. The manager didn’t listen to a single word he was so rude with her. In future if she will injures is manager responsible for her condition? I don’t understand why the manager kept saying that girl to do food when they had more staff who could have do food too. This was very wrong with that girl. I think this was totally racism and harassment with that girl. I don’t think so that he deserve a manger position. Owner should pay attention to how their staff is being treated in...
Read moreI’ve been to many Tim Hortons locations, but none compare to this one. The staff are always friendly, patient, and consistently deliver quality food and drinks.
When you stop by 3-4 times a week, consistency matters. My coffee is always great, and my Farmer’s Wrap is perfectly toasted with ingredients evenly layered—never a mouthful of just egg or a hashbrown crammed at the bottom. Even my customizations are always correct, which I truly appreciate.
With fast-food employees often overworked and underpaid, quality service like this is rare. Too often, eating out is a gamble, but this Tim Hortons gets it right every time.
On another note, the litter in the drive-thru is embarrassing. The lack of garbage bins isn’t an excuse—just throw it out at home or keep a trash bag in your car. If you can’t manage that, you probably shouldn’t be driving.
Huge appreciation to this team for their consistency and care—they make my...
