The staff's demeanor and manager's response left me feeling disrespected and degraded.
Incident Details I ordered two cheese and Eggers with five hash browns. When I received my order, I was missing a hash brown. I went back to the drive-through, the staff initial response was they refused to believe me, insisting they provided five hash browns. I offered to pay for the "missing" fifth hash brown to resolve the dispute. The staff member then showed remorse and refused to charge me. I declined the complimentary hash brown due to being accused of dishonesty.
I called the manager of the restaurant . Upon calling to report the incident, the manager failed to apologize, citing previous incidents of customers lying for free food.

Then when our order was taken we were told to sit and she would bring it to us. In that time other obnoxious customers entered which she stayed continually engaged with for the next 10 min, non of the other workers standing around bothered to bring our order out, after 15 min she realized our order was there and stood at the counter calling out our name because she couldn't remember who we were from the 3 other people that were in the restaurant. At the drive thru order screen, the girl working gave us the correct total but when we paid at the window with our tap, they actually charged us full price ($6 more than we should have been charged, and only noticed this when we got home or we would have obviously corrected this immediately).
