Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Erie

I have a fundraiser card with 10 coupon stickers on it. The stickers are so tiny you can't read the code on it. I have called in the past and they said just bring in the sticker/coupon and they would apply it when I get there. I have done this 3 times all ready. With no problems. I call today and say the same thing. Took a pic of the coupon this time then looked at it and zoomed in and gave them the code over the phone. They said it's the wrong code I might have to do it online. I told them i did it 3 times already with no problem. He wasn't willing to help me out. He said sorry and that was it. I told him I will just call another pizza company then.

Worst pizza experience ever. No exaggeration. Ordered two pizzas. One was right, one was wrong. Called immediately. I was told the pizza was made right even though it was right in front of me and it was WRONG! I was then told they would make me another pizza and it would be here in 15 minutes. After three calls and an hour and fifteen minutes, I was told the pizza had been delivered. Then I was told someone mysteriously picked up my replacement pizza. Wow, I made my son leftovers. I'm so grateful with garrison rd domino's showing trust in customers. The debit machine wouldn't connect being close to the river, the driver let me have my order and call my payment in.( right away of course ) Hands down great customer service, as I'd be sitting here upset with a cold dinner, I made my payment right away, driver hadn't even pulled away.
