Tahini's — Restaurant in Fort Erie

I had such a wonderful experience at Tahini’s, and a big part of that was thanks to Roop. From the very beginning, Roop welcomed us with such warmth and professionalism that we immediately felt comfortable. He has this rare ability to balance friendliness with efficiency always smiling, always attentive, but never overwhelming. What really stood out was the way Roop paid attention to every little detail. He made sure our food came out exactly as we ordered, checked in at just the right times, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he gave us great recommendations that we absolutely loved. It’s not often you meet someone in the service industry who treats every guest as if they were family, but that’s exactly how Roop made us feel. His positive energy created such a welcoming atmosphere, and you can tell he genuinely cares about people enjoying their time at Tahini’s. Restaurants can have great food, but it’s staff members like Roop who turn a meal into a memorable experience. I will definitely be coming back, not just for the amazing food, but also because of the outstanding service that Roop provided. Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered on a tablet inside. Waited 30 min until I was handed the wrong order. When I told the employees that my order was wrong they refused to accept that I had ordered something different. When one of the employees showed the other one the receipt, the manager still told me I had never ordered. Still charging 40$ to my card. Then when ordering again, this time with an employee. They made me pay a second time. This time however they said that one of the things I had ordered was unavailable. Something the tablet did not say. Was also told that before I had even found out that they took my money and wouldn’t give me my food that I wasn’t allowed to eat inside the establishment, 30 min before it closed. Went for lunch today with my fam ordered chicken shawarma and pita bread when I got my order the pita bread was missing and the lady put hot sauce which I never requested I went back to have it change and they refused because according to her (cashier) I requested the hot sauce , when is so obvious they are not paying a attention because I ordered the bread and never got it. I don't know how much this business want to save they are charging an arm and a leg for food which I can understand now everything is expensive.
