WARNING: WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD — AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This place is a complete disgrace. I made a simple, polite request: fried rice instead of steamed rice. Not only was I rudely denied with a nasty attitude, but they intentionally left the rice out of my entire meal — even though I paid FULL PRICE. Who does that?

When I called to get it resolved, the woman on the phone pretended not to understand English (despite speaking it perfectly when I ordered). She outright told me she didn’t care and didn’t need my business. Imagine paying for food and being treated like you’re the problem for wanting what you paid for.

No apology. No accountability. Just petty behavior, dishonesty, and disrespect.

This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. It was rude, unprofessional, and borderline hostile. I don’t know how this place is still operating, but after this experience, I wouldn’t eat here if the food were free.

If you’re thinking about trying this spot — DON’T. Save yourself the money, the time, and the frustration. There are plenty of other restaurants that actually respect their customers. This one clearly doesn’t.
