I’m writing this review because I based my decision to go there on reviews, and it was a very sad and confusing experience. My fiancé and I needed an engagement ring resized, so we went here based on the great reviews. I only needed it a half size down. He called that night to tell me it was done, so it was fast service, but the ring was not at all OK by anyone’s standards. It was the right size, but you aren’t supposed to be able to tell it’s been resized (you could see where it was cut, there were dent-like marks, it was thinner than it originally was, and it was not symmetrical). We took it back and explained why we weren’t happy with it. He offered to work on it free of charge until we were satisfied, which we appreciated, but we no longer trusted that it would turn out well since he was apparently OK with the first result. Love this store. Nice gift selection. Quality jewelry much better service and pricing than the big jewelry stores. Really pays to buy local. Rob is also just an awesome guy...
