Chinese Flavor — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

Recently ordered my usual from here tonight for when I got off of work, it arrived and after bringing it inside to eat it i saw that they got my order completely wrong. I made specifications to the order as I have food allergies and they were disregarded. I am not one for leaving reviews especially negative ones but the lady I had to deal with on the phone was an actual nightmare and was so rude to me trying to say it was my fault and I didn’t put specifications lol. After clicking “reorder” (the same thing I always do when getting this) lo and behold - the specifications of a food allergy are most definitely there. Not to mention every other person that makes it has gotten it right every single time. This 100% would have been so minor if it wasn’t an allergy and if I wasn’t treated the way I was after approaching the situation very kindly. So...

Went to get lunch for work. I called about 20 minutes ahead to order the ginger beef combo for 1 (comes with fried rice and a spring roll) and an egg roll. The lady on the phone seemed confused so I repeated the order. She said "oh, the ginger beef and an egg roll" and I reiterated that I wanted the combo. To which she said yes.

When I got there I asked again to make sure it was the combo. The lady at the register replied that it was. So great! I pay and go off to work.

Lunch time rolls around and I open the container to find a mound of ginger beef, and an egg roll 🙃. No rice or spring roll to be found. Was really disappointed. It did taste good tho so silver...

Ordered here for delivery.. took over an hour. Food was disappointing. And expensive ! Over 70$ for only 3 dishes and it was all basically bean sprouts floating in soupy unflavored oil sauce... no other veggies to be seen in the chop suey. VERY soggy and unflavored chowmein, way to many beansprouts overcooked and hardly any noodles at all... the chowmein was also soaked in the same unflavored oil sauce as the beef "chopsuey"aka BEAN SPROUT SOUP! Both these dishes have wayyyyy to many bean sprouts and NO other veggies.. such a waste of money, my kids were all eating cereal right after because they hated it. Threw most of it out. VERY disappointed... won't...
