Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

I never really complain but today is the one day I will. Was into the stone creek Starbucks tonight before going to work night shift. Was in the door at 6:00pm and out the door by 6:20pm keep in mind there was not a line when I walked in the door. Ordered my drink (trainee on the till) no big deal but it took a bit to get my order right. I then waited 15 minutes for my drink to be made with whip cream and drink spilling over the top (due to another trainee making the drinks) again no big deal I cleaned it up. I walked out the door and hoped into my car started driving to work and took a sip of the drink and it tasted absolutely disgusting. So after paying 6.50$ and waiting 20 minutes for a drink that was not prepared properly I am not happy. My suggestion would be to only have one trainee start at one time not 2 trainees and one trainer trying to train both of them and they don't have a clue what they are doing. So now I get to work night shift without my caffeine or the goodness of Starbucks (yes the drink is that disgusting I refuse...

This location is my favorite in fort mcmurray! The drinks are always good and the customer service goes above and beyond! Went to a different location for our drinks this morning because we were on that end of town, and our drinks were not made correctly which i only took a drink once almost home to my mistake. So we didn't know if Starbucks would fix it, but we went to this location, our usual to see if maybe the could and the manager served us and we explained what we asked for and showed what we got and explained that it came from a different location and she glady made us new ones, and done correctly!! I cannot recommend this place enough because of the staff. Specifically Brandon, it was so busy when I was in the other day - there were non stop mobile orders and front counter orders and people asking for something different than they’d ordered… and he served every customer with warmth, kindness and patience. He was the only barista making drinks for the whole 30 minutes I was in there, he didn’t stop moving and he didn’t get overwhelmed. He just kept making complicated drinks with a spring in his step as he leapt from espresso machine to blender to syrup rack.
