I ordered takeout here last night. I was ordering a meal for myself (nachos) as well as multiple dishes to share with my boyfriend when he got off work. The nachos had many burned ones buried. I paid $5 extra for chicken and only received a dip container of it. All the cheese was on the bottom stuck to the paper which was then inedible. The brisket had great flavor but was definitely not a $17 dish. Probably the biggest rip off I've ever had at a restaurant. Two slices of brisket and a tiny container of slaw was definitely not worth that amount. It should at least be served on a bun to make the value closer to what you pay. If i had ordered that as my main while dining in i would have refused it upon being served as that portion wouldn't even fill a child. The mac and potato sprolls were both good. If i didn't order extra dishes to have snacks for later we would have been left hungry after spending $80 for takeout.

Came for our bachelor and bachelorette parties last night (Nov 9th) and had a great time, our server Nick was great at upselling. However, an 18% gratuity was added to our bill (which included the cost of bowling, so almost $30 of the tip wasn’t for the actual service) and no one told us, and we didn’t notice until the day after. This resulted in us tipping twice, which we wouldn’t have done had we been made aware there was already an 18% tip added. We tried calling multiple times around 1pm to see if there was someone we could talk to about this, however no one answered the phone. It’s very deceptive to not mention there was an auto grat added to our bill, and I feel taken advantage of on such a special day. I am also from a different city, several hours away, and so are many of the other guests we invited, so I’m not sure if we even could get a refund at this point. It’s just disappointing.

We ordered the steak main, it tasted great. The sides were cheese curd mashed potatoes and and asparagus. Potato side was a bit small, lots of cheese to potato ratio. Some people may like this, I found it ruined the potatoes for me but they were still good taste wise. Asparagus side was 4 pieces, larger than average but a small portion. We also got the “trash can nachos.” Onions were all piled on one spot, not a big deal we can move it ourselves, and the cheese was spread throughout the nachos, which was nice. We were supposed to get salsa and jalapeño and queso cheese, they didn’t give it to us. As a pickup order, definitely make sure they give you your sauce otherwise not having salsa in the fridge is a problem, good food overall.

My crew and I went here (upstairs) based on some feedback from a couple of them who said at least at some point it was good. We don’t get many opportunities to get out so we were really looking forward to it.

This time? What a nightmare. The waitress was new- so she gets a pass but whoever trained her hung her out to dry. Orders took forever- we separated drinks from appies from mains to keep it simple… didn’t matter.

2 of our main meals didn’t even show up- including our poor designated driver who is the nicest human on the face of the earth. Wings were cold- steak was meh. Food in general was really mediocre.

All this while we were the only group in the whole aera upstairs. There were a couple dudes at the bar… one other table eventually. Then another came up and sat outside. Maybe 20 people in the whole upstairs- tops.

And that’s not even the fun part. Let’s talk about paying. Let’s go back to the new waitress. Okay- she made some mistakes. Granted- she probably gaffed it pretty hard. She’s new- I’ve been new before. She gets 100% of my empathy. But then to sit back and watch the process the rest went through to try and clear us up?

I don’t have enough words on the internet to describe it- but it’s never stopped me before.

We’re all sitting right there explaining what we had down to the letter. We’re answering all these questions from 2 different servers. They could have cancelled the whole thing and just processed us individually. Nope. They just flailed through the mess of orders trying to reorganize them. Did you have this and this and this? Nope. I had this and that and potato. Okay so this and this and bacon? No. This and that and potato. Other server. Okay so you had this and potato and potato? There were 9 of us.

And this process continued endlessly. We stood there 45 minutes as they inchwormed through each of us. Any offer of a discount? You know- a little “we totally screwed up your night- let us take some of this off your plate. Where’s your DD? We gotchu bro.”

How this place grabbed 4 stars is ASTONISHING and is probably manipulated because there is no way the few people there tonight were getting 4 stars treatment. There were a lot of apologies being passed onto them for their food order as we spectated service while waiting to pay.

The fact this circus gets over 2 is bewildering. The ugly lights are on blast, cooks are high / terrible / new or all 3…

This was the most colossal waste of time I’ve spent at any restaurant in any country in decades. I can’t think of any time I haven’t tipped a penny since I started drinking in 95. Yeah- 1995 is an actual year.

Good riddance. Will never be there again and if you’ve made it this far you’d do well to avoid it at all costs. Go to Five...

After attending this place for the first time, I don't believe I will be back. When we went, there was about 4 tables in total so not busy. The speed of service was okay, and I ordered the 3 slider appy and my spouse ordered the lettuce wrap bowl. I took my first bite into the appy and realized the bun was molded. This shows poor long term and short term quality control. That was bad enough, but I decided to let them make me a new one. As we were waiting for that, about half way through my spouses meal, she pulled out a nice long piece of hair out of the bowl. That was it for us, we told them we no longer wanted the food and left. Unfortunately I can't even speak to if the food was good or not as clearly quality was not a concern of the chef that day and who knows what was coming out of the kitchen that we couldn't even see. To bad, as the location and rooftop bar seem great, but I don't even want to find out more about the food quality and how there seems to be no controls in place, or the controls are just not followed. Either way, unfortunate.

Just an update, they asked me to reach out to them via e-mail which I did, explaining the details on what happened and how it could be made better for future customers. That was on August 4th and have heard nothing back from them. Not sure if it was not received or the reply on here was just to make it look like they were doing something about it but still had no desire to talk after that. I did have the service level 3 out 5 stars but after this encounter I have reduced that rating as well. Hope it get's better for everyone's sake !

They did get back to me finally, not much for a reply but at least it...

Do not recommend!!!!!!

Worst service I've ever had!! Had to call the restaurant from the bowling alley to receive service!!! Beyond unacceptable!!

Went bowling and invited 5 work mates, we set up our lane rather quickly and then proceeded to wait almost half an hour to get our first round of drinks. Server came to our lane once to see if we were ready to order food and then dissapeared and the entire bowling alley was a ghost town from that point on. Every single one of our drinks sat in the table empty for over half an hour as we continued to try and enjoy the bowling experience. Finally got aggravated enough to call the restaurants main number and request for a server to come downstairs and assist. Proceeded to have a gentleman take our food and drink orders to only be left to see drinks left on the bar as the waiter/waitress was nowhere to be found as we literally stood in the main area and yelled for assistance with no answer!

Then to top it all off as we are finishing our games and ready to leave we all remove our shoes and proceed to the main bar area to yet again see the entire place is empty with no attendees. When the waiter finally came to give us our tabs we were met with attitude and excuses about being overworked and understaffed but not willing to provide any compensation for the absolute garbage service we received all night.

No tip was paid and 6 very unhappy customers left the building most likely...
