Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Fort Saskatchewan

We went to Popeyes in fort sask last Monday. I ordered 8 chicken strips, large fries ,large coleslaw and 4 biscuits Immediately went home i live in town .Fact number 1 - if you take a bite of something your natural human reaction is to spit it out if what you put in your mouth is raw and uncooked . Raw chicken isn’t my thing .It was later in the evening and I called Popeyes chicken in fort sask to ask for a manager ,she had just stepped out ,I was told to call back the next morning at 11.00 am .I talked to Sonny ,he was a manager and told him I would bring the chicken back and asked for a refund ,sorry he said ,we have to call head office and see what they can do for you call back next Tuesday a week from now .So I called back on Tuesday and talked to Christian and asked if I was able to get my money back and if head office had given permission to grant me a refund .Christian informed me he would have to call head office again and find out .The answer was no refund .So the moral of the story is if you buy a meal here and pay for it and it’s raw and uncooked ,just eat it anyway .Do not call Sonny or Christian to complain and don’t expect to get a refund ,they probably don’t ever want repeat customers ,that’s my opinion after my experience I...

I recently stopped by Popeyes, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic—mostly thanks to Vivian. Right from the start, she greeted me with such a warm and genuine smile that I instantly felt welcome. It’s those little things that really set the tone for a great visit.

Vivian was super attentive and made sure my order was spot-on. I had a few questions about the menu, and she answered them with enthusiasm, making me feel like she really cared about my experience. Even with the place being busy, she stayed calm, friendly, and efficient, getting my food out quickly without missing a beat.

3rd time coming to this location. Very very slow service, they will tell you 5 to 6 minute wait... get ready for a 30 minute wait. All 3 times were stupid long wait times. After ordering last night at 7:17 and not getting the food till 7:44 after I was told it would not be any longer the "5-6 mins" I get home to see that they did not get the order right at all got all spicy when asked for half regular, Ordered 16 piece half tenders half chicken.
