Ordered a veggie bento box through skip. I ordered a yam roll that was supposed to come with 4 pieces, veggie noodles, and spring rolls with a side of hot garlic chili sauce. There was no yam roll, and instead I got a cucumber roll with only 3 pieces. There was also no hot garlic chili sauce. The cucumber roll tasted like fish. I’m not sure if the seaweed was previously by fish or accidentally rolled in it, but it was aweful. It was not at all edible. I tried to eat it but had to spit it out it was so bad. Also, very dangerous. My dad was anaphylactic to fish and seafood, so I stay away from it just in case. As for the spring rolls… I think it had meat in it,, even though it was part of the veggie bento. The veggie noodles were super bland. Zero flavour. Very disappointed in this location. I typically really like Edo but this location...

The food has always been delicious at this location. Our most recent takeout experience was a little lack lustre though. Placed our order through their app and it was scheduled to be ready in 15 minutes. Showed up 10 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready, and it still wasn't ready. It took an additional 15 minutes for our order to be ready. The other thing that was annoying was that none of the employees acknowledged myself and another customer that were waiting for our mobile app orders even though we were standing in front of the mobile orders pick up tables. The other customer's order was already ready and waiting, yet he had been standing there for 10 minutes until he was acknowledged. I would've given them less stars, but this was the first time I've had an experience like this at this location. Hopefully they pull...

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. Recently, my son purchased a pack of chocolate Pocky that was displayed on the wall. When we got home, I checked the expiry date and realized it was FOUR months past expiration! Concerned, I went back to the store and checked the wall again, only to find that all the Pocky products were expired, some dating back to mid-December.

It’s shocking and unacceptable that this store is still selling expired products, especially food items. This raises serious concerns about the store’s quality control and commitment to customer safety. Expired products can pose health risks, and selling them is not only irresponsible but potentially illegal.

I hope the owner takes this issue seriously and ensures that no other customer faces this negligence. Until then, I cannot recommend...
