Pita Pit — Restaurant in Fort Saskatchewan

If I could pick 0 stars I would due to the bizarre experience with the woman working the counter this afternoon. I placed an order for a kids chicken pita and was immediately called and Informed they had no chicken. I wanted a refund. After multiple interactions and repeatedly asking for a refund I had to go Into the store. Once I was in the store the associate again was unable to offer me a simple refund. I told her I did not have the time for this, as this had now been multiple phone calls and I had to visit in store and still no refund. I left the store without a refund as the associate was unable to oblige without the manager. Immediately I was bombarded with phone calls from a private number ( which was apparently pita pit fort sask) , the associates personal number and the marble slab! Over a dozen times In 45 minutes.... I was ok if there was no chicken. It happens, I understand, a refund would have sufficed. This is the most bizarre experience I have encountered with a business. I normally love going to pita pit and don’t live near one so I have been to most the Edmonton locations and now this one. I was super disappointed and left kinda grossed out by my meal. The ingredients tasted and looked very old. The lettuce was more wet and soggy and had no crispness to it. The falafel I got in my wrap was barely even cooked and tasted cold still. And the worst part was when I first asked for avocado on my pita they scooped dark brown old avocado and were about to put it on my wrap, I had to quickly ask her to stop because never in my life have I been served dark brown avocado before, how long was it even sitting there. The owner needs to hire people who listen. I just ordered a buffalo chicken pita with extra meat the girl who worked did not listen at all and she had some disgusting habbits when we asked for three jalapeños she put twelve me and my dad said can you please remove some of the jalapeños she put them back into the dish where all the other jalapeños were then asked for some hot saice and she drenched to the point me and my father had to say stop. Then after all that was done i had to say she need to make my smothie I payed for and she didnt know how to make so i had to say then she ove poured the cup and laughed and said dont closed the lid if you do not want to get it over you and laughed.
