OLIO'S PIZZERIA — Restaurant in Fort St. John

My husband had the worst experience there! He asked what was in their meat lovers pizza, the lady explained, so hubby said ok I'll get that. Then he asked about their wings, and he decided on the Teriyaki kind. When his order was delivered after paying $23 , he asked where his pizza was, they told him that he didn't order one. Hubby said yes he did order both. The lady said we will have to charge u another $29 for a med.pizza! Hubby said no of course. Then he opened his wing container and they had a very small tiny container of sauce and it wasn't even mixed into the wings. Hubby asked why it wasn't and he was told " oh it comes like that'. He asked to speak with the manager., they said they don't have one on ( a common answer when people want a discount or launch a complaint). So he was stuck with just some unfinished high priced wings after paying delivery too. So off to Boston pizza he went. We will explain what happened there. So if u have any complaints with Olios don't expect anything to b done about it or a discount of any kind. U can expect high prices and no satisfaction if your order was fouled up, they will just blame you for the mistake, which they tried to do...

I’ve ordered from Olio’s about 6 times now. The pizza has always been delicious, great customer service and quick delivery. Tonight, I did not have this experience. The gentleman who took my order sounded very rushed, stressed and hurried me off the phone. Unsurprisingly, two of the three pizzas were wrong, and upon calling to inform the man who took the order, I was told that I was not clear enough when I placed my order. He told me he would rectify it and send out the correct pizzas ASAP. When the delivery man came, there was only one pizza. Thankfully, it was correct. I didn’t bother phoning back to let them know I was still missing one pizza. Giving them 2 stars, as I believe this was a one-off experience. Hoping that the next time I order I’m met with a higher standard of customer...

I would give a zero if I could. I took my kids there to dine in, I have ordered take our before and never had an issue. Ordered and paid, waited over an hour, and nothing came. Asked what's going on, they never put in thr ticket to the kitchen, I asked for a refund, and they said they couldn't find my visa slip to refund me. Gave me half of what I paid in cash and nothing else. Got ripped off, will never return or order online again from them, and will be filing a dispute with Visa. Disgusted at the staff, and the unprofessional manner, no apologies and ripped me off.
