Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Fort St. John

OK, so where to start about this place? I have been working in Fort St. John for a couple of weeks now I have ordered here three times my last order on September 23, 2023 went and started just like any other order. I placed my order with a customer service centre in Edmonton. It was for delivery they gave me the price I said to please bring the point of sale machine. To the address given and they said my order should be to me in 35 to 40 minutes. I asked him to please have the delivery person call me. And that I would meet them. The delivery person called I got my Coke. I got my pizza and wings and then the lady said that they forgot to add the delivery charge and that she would have to add it manually to the bill, I didn’t think anything of it and I paid the bill. My bill went from $41.67 to 44.67 and I gave her a five dollar cash tip… Something didn’t sit right with me after I was thinking about it the other times that I ordered there was never a screwup. The amount on the bill was the amount I paid all the sudden my bill is more got me thinking. So I phoned customer service spoke with the supervisor, and he confirmed that the lady in a red jacket, long black hair, East Indian descent charged me an extra three dollars well now three dollars isn’t a lot of money unless you’re doing this repeatedly then three dollars adds up. I tried to call the store directly. They told me that everything was correct. I left without starting an issue, but I’m posting this on here now. Be careful if they’re telling you that they have to add money to the bill don’t allow...

Did the management switch hands? I’ve ordered from here many times without issue but tonight will be the last. Ordered a pizza. Wasn’t happy with it. I called and said there’s like no cheese the dough was soggy it was all dried out. I call and complained and they said they would send a replacement. My son and I are sitting in the car waiting with our old pizza to swap out for a replacement in our carport and a woman rolls up and has our receipt in her hand she opens our pizza box and puts her camera flashlight in and puts here finger, almost touching our pizza and points out the cheese. She said I made it myself there is cheese on it. We continue to say it’s not good it’s soggy, she says we we have new dough, I said we were told we could get a replacement. She says no. We close our car door, she opens our car door herself and says “ I’m The one who makes the pizza and I won’t be making you one. Never in the history of ordering pizza have I had a worker show up at my door, almost touch my pizza while inspecting it, open my door and refuse to...

Yesterday, I went to Pizza 73, fort st john, I wish I could have gone somewhere else. Its second time that they repeated same behaviour! I am not regular customer, I didn’t know about that We have to tell “EVERYTHING” before which we are not aware about (like you have to tell which deals you want, how many pizza in a box, and its the customer responsibility that they have to be careful while placing order because staff take customer for granted and once the staff proceed to the next step/ option they won’t even try to be convenient with customer and staff ended the conversation by saying that you should have told it earlier. Wow!) I felt really disappointed. No respect for customers. Seems like no ethics as they don’t even value customer! Rude behaviour. Zero services. I wont go...
