Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fredericton

Initial review - I am basing this review on the pizza I received last night. I have had good experiences with this Dominos but every time I use a coupon I feel I get ripped off. Last night I used a coupon that is a Large 5 topping pizza for $16.99. I ordered a Large pizza with Alfredo sauce, chicken, bacon, onion, banana peppers on half and provolone cheese. Some of these toppings have an extra charge which I'm clearly ok with. So the pizza with the coupon came to I believe $23.79. Even with the coupon I still paid for these extra charges. My pizza came with two cubes of chicken on it. No joke. I couldn't believe it. I'm also sick of this tipping before you see your food. I tipped over $10 and this is what I get. My sister ordered a small gluten free version of the same pizza with no coupon and hers was loaded with chicken. I don't get it lol. I'm noticing when I use a coupon I get a lackluster pizza so why do coupons then if that's what you're going to do??? It doesn't even make sense because I still paid the upcharge for those toppings so they shouldn't be losing...

I was delivered the wrong order and received a pizza with mushrooms which I'm allergic to and onions (which i don't like). I called the store. They said they would call me back... 30 minutes later, no call. I called back, she said she would credit a free pizza for next time I order, but wouldn't fix my current order, despite the fact i already paid for it..... I had to argue with the employee on the phone that she wasn't giving me any free pizza because i already paid for it online and i wanted my order tonight, not another day.... Very frustrating because that took over 1h30 to get the...

Usually I am a 5 star with dominoes. Yesterday was the worst experience I have had yet. While I get machines go down that’s fine, they called I was able to e-transfer. Man gave me a pizza on account for this. So says my food is on the way. Took over a lbs hour pizza was cold and instead of my large I receive a medium. So called again. He’s like I already gave you a pizza. Yes you did for the machines being down not my actual order you got wrong. That took over an hour to get to me and the app said ordered delivered 40 min before was even delivered. I will still order as I love...
