Greco Pizza — Restaurant in Fredericton

So I just called to order pizza for my mom for pick up and who ever is working says my phone number is black listed and this makes no sense as I order pizza alot the person working tonight at 7:48 is rude and very unprofessional I explained to him that I've spoke to owner and he made my complaint 6 months ago right and took the number off black list now I've ordered pizza 2 days ago same location different person working and it was delivered and great I'm not sure what's with this worker but as an owner you may want to check on this as your losing alot business to this guy my mother who is 63 and just got home from hospital after a heart attack and she wanted pizza from Greco yet this guy refused her business my business my sister's business ever after saying we would pick up anyway this place is a mess and needs to get rid this guy because he's killing your business hope you have...

I received horrible customer service at this location from the “manager” Chris (Employee #899). I ordered online a medium two topping pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. When the pizza arrived it was only cheese. I called the restaurant to let them know that they had made my order wrong and requested for a new pizza to be sent. I offered to give the other pizza back. Chris the employee was very rude and defensive to me over the phone and never once apologized for the mix up and from the very start and blamed the mistake on me. I confirmed my order before placing it; therefore there must have been an issue with the online system. He never offered to compensate me at all and insisted there was no problem with the online system. I won’t be going back to this location again. I have ordered pizza here before and I enjoyed it. The problem is not the location of where I order, it is the website. I have attempted to sign in several times with my email but no passwords matched and every temporary password that was sent gave the error messaged 'fail'. I was unable to use alternative emails as I encountered the same problem. I could not check out as a guest because it required me to use my email, and it would give the error message that this email is already in use. So I had to make another email account just to order pizza. If every time I order pizza I have to make a new email account, I will probably just order from someplace that...
