Harvey's — Restaurant in Fredericton

This use to be our favorite place to eat but recently this place has bad communication skills. Friday nigjt I ordered a 4pc buffalo strip meal. I asked the cashier a young man who couldn't speak English barely for my chicken strips to be well done, dropped in the fryer twice. He nodded and proceed to tell his employee in his language something. I asked again if he understand my order and what I asked he said yes. I also ordered rings, jr burger, and gravy Missing brings and when i got home my chichen was pink inside and crunchy. I immediately called the restaurant back. Explained my situation, told her to look up my order, she said she couldn't and there was nothing sje could do but offer us a coupon price for new strips. She expected me to go buy more after these were raw. Very disappointing afyer spending $40 and being served raw chicken. She took my name and number and said she would have her manager call me. The person at the cash was Great, he made an error with our order but apologized and had it fixed. The person putting the toppings on the burger was a nice younger guy until he too opened his mouth the woman cooking the burgers has a mouth that needs to be kept shut or back in an office away from customers. We asked that instead of using the older patty that was burnt we would like fresh burgers. So she put the old burger back on the grill and heated it up then used it again after we had requested not to have that one. Then when we pointed it out the guy behind the counter got nasty. Then after we had our food and sat down one of the workers behind the counter plainly stated that she hopes we don’t come back. Rude rude rude. Cannot even believe it.
