PJ's Wings an Things — Restaurant in Fredericton

I can only give a review on service since we never actually received our food after waiting for 1.5 hours after ordering from the food truck. We asked 3 times if our food was almost ready after they continued to serve other customers and the person taking orders kept saying they’re busy and we’ll just have to wait. After 1.5 hours I asked again and they said that they lost our order ticket and they just continued to serve others while we stood there and waited. They never tried to make it right and stop what they were doing to make ours they never even asked what we had in our $85 order so they could stop what they were doing and make it. They just said here’s a refund and that’s it. I have worked in food service for a long time and I’ve never seen anything like this before! The ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! We ended up eating sandwiches at home for supper due to this pathetic and terrible...

We ordered 2 fish suppers and an extra piece of fish, got home and the piece of fish wasn't in the order. Called PJ's and a nice fellow, I assume the manager, got on the phone, asked which order then said he would have the missing food delivered. Gave him our address and explained that it was 20 min. away but he was unconcerned. About 25 min. later a delivery shows up. He sent us 2 giant pieces of fish and a months supply of coleslaw! Now that's an apology! These guys are first class at British style fish and chips, and I think I'm addicted to their wings. They seem to have a few bugs to work out on the service side when it gets busy but the commitment to customer service will get that sorted soon enough. Unless someone stages an intervention I...

I've eaten here a number of times of the past few years, first at the food truck and now at the new location on Main Street. Now firstly I'm English and I DON'T don't know the owners, not all English folks stick together. What I can say is they serve the BEST fish and chips in the city, my God it shouldn't be hard to serve good fish and chips, but Williams and Deluxe Fries really try hard to screw it up. Now the chicken, always tasty same as the fries, the day they do the full Monty( all types of Fried chicken) is the day sad greasy KFC, Deluxe, Williams, and the others should finally be removed from our high streets.
