We drove through the drive through tonight and the girl running the drive through was very confused. First she handed me my drink but it wasn't what I ordered. Than when I said what is this she looked at me I said I had ordered 2 coffee, hot choc and 3 donuts. She asked if a car left Iin front of me. I said when I came around the corner there was a car leaving so that might be the one. She messed up my change as she charged me for the cars order in front of me thar left. She should of asked my order when I got to the window. She seemed very confused and over whelmed. She ended up with a tip from me because she messaged up the money between the order before me and mine, after she gave my change back from the other order, i just gave her $20 back that I had given her so she could start over so she kept the change that she should of given me back and disnt even offer to give me that when i said here is $20 just start over with my order. I was very frustrated at how confused and unorganized she was. I would say she needs more training and from what in saw of her tag it looked like it...
Read moreI go down daily for our dealerships morning order for 10am every single morning, the customer service is disgraceful, first time I have ever had to argue with a drive thru attendant over what is on there menu( if you no longer serve that item please remove it from the order menu/ mobile order menu), can barely understand the person at the speaker let alone window, now since we do order daily you would think they would put the effort in to making the order right well you would be wrong on so many levels wrong orders includes not making the food properly, under cooking the sausage or bacon, not putting chipotle sauce on the wraps, telling you discontinued an item that I purchased an hour earlier from the same location, and the next attendant that tells me I’m not putting bacon on your wrap cause it’s against their religion to touch pork (I swear to god, go work somewhere else), from the outside it’s a tim hortons, from the inside it’s pure chaos. Read moreI've often had my mobile ordered items switched to something other than what i ordered (a donut being switched out for another one or something) and im never notified of the change, but i also never mind it at all, because its like a mystery choice of donut/muffin (if the prices are the same). But, when i ordered a 4 cheese bagel with cream cheese this morning, i was disappointed to find a plain bagel with butter when i got home and checked it. I was never notified of the change, or offered anything in return for the price difference. I tried to do a survey, but unfortunately they do not seem to have the survey numbers on the digital reciepts. This tim Hortons is one of the "better" ones in town, yet they employees still refuse to communicate with customers. This, along with the fact they STILL dont have any sort of notification noise for when a mobile order pops up, is frustrating. If i ordered something for 10 minutes in advance, and still have to wait another 10+ minutes when i get there later then the time i ordered...
