Our first experience and our last! The food was terrible (Classic Buffalo Crispy Chicken Wrap, Classic Blackened Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, Classic Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, Butterfly Shrimp, Onion Rings, Mashed Potatoes, and Cajun Fries) None of the food our family ordered was any good, it was terrible and it was not like hit and miss. We had a variety of items from their menu and nothing was good it was consistent. Besides the food, staff were friendly and eager to assist you. The inside restaurant experience was poor(poorly laid out, little seating for those wanting to eat in, washrooms single use and needed cleaning, and not enough seating for those waiting for take out. The place smelled like a grease pit! I was unexpectedly very very disappointed with our first and what will be our last visit to this restaurant chain. Really wish we chose mary brown's instead of them. Cashier was unable to ring in a simple family meal order, ringing in the tenders instead of actual chicken. When picking up the food, same cashier does not remember to give us our pop bottle when she had the receipt in her hands a minute ago. Did not give us plates to dine in with the family chicken meal. Was petty to give us cups to drink the 2lt coke. I guess people are supposed to bring their cutlery there to dine in. When told about the mistake they told us it was going to be about 10 minutes for the chicken. Openly pointing and laughing at us while we waited for the chicken. When the chicken came up, had to remind them that I was waiting on the chicken as they didn't communicate with the other staff that people were waiting for it. Not at all happy with the order...

We got a 12pc nuggets meal with mac and cheese and a spicy chicken sandwich with onion rings and blackened cauliflower. Ratings: Cauliflower: 6/10 get a vinegar taste sometimes that isn't pleasant. Onion rings: 7/10 batter is lovely and light but they are really bland. Nuggets: 10/10 so soft and deliciously crunchy, could eat them every day. Chicken sandwich: 10/10 lovely crunchy and juicy chicken burger, the bun was superb with a toast on the inside that just makes the sandwich. Mac and cheese: 2/10, tastes like watered down kd, not my idea of mac and cheese, would not buy again.
