🚫 Disappointing Experience at a Promising New Location This newly built Starbucks looked like the perfect rest stop—modern setup, nice outdoor seating, and a convenient layout. Unfortunately, the service was a complete letdown. I ordered a tea and a breakfast sandwich, and shockingly, it took over 15 minutes to get them. There was no line at the drive-thru, and yet the dine-in/takeout orders were being fulfilled in a completely disorganized and random order. People who ordered after me got their drinks and food first, while others just waited around confused. It was clear that the staff weren’t following any standard procedure or management direction. There seemed to be zero coordination, and honestly, it looked like they were just winging it. If Starbucks wants this location to succeed, they really need to: • Increase hourly wages or offer better incentives, because the staff clearly didn’t seem motivated or trained properly. • Ensure proper management is in place so the workflow and customer service are consistent. The potential is there—but until they improve staff efficiency and leadership, this won’t be the relaxing stop it promises to be.

Newly built starbucks that looked really promising for a rest stop with outdoor seating. However the service was extremely slow and disorganized. Ordered a tea and a breakfast sandwich…which for some reason took over 15mins to prepare. Nobody was at the drive thru and people ordering at the takeout window seemed to get their food/drinks in completely random orders…

Food and service were great and quick and my coffee was perfect. HOWEVER what kind of full service Starbucks doesn't accept or even let you collect stars there. The staff said it was based on the owners decision. Poor brand management and a terrible choice made by whoever owns this particular location. It already costs $8 for a drink, at least let me benefit in some way. I've been to countless Starbucks all over the country.. And the world for that matter, and this is the only location that's ever denied...

This kind of service makes you not want to go to Starbucks ever again. My friend and I wanted coffee the whole way, we didn't stop anywhere to order delicious coffee at Starbucks, when I didn't get coffee with milk but hot brown water with milk, I went back and asked to change it to stronger coffee, after which I got the same coffee (brown water with milk). When we got into the car, my friend and I hoped that the sandwiches we ordered would be good, but I've never tasted anything worse. Waste of money and big...
