Dear Tim Hortons Customer Relations,
I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding an incident that occurred at your tim horton. Mallorytown ] on 1st august 2025 at approximately 06.20pm
I ordered a Veggie Cilantro Wrap as I am a strict vegetarian and have never consumed meat in my entire life due to my religious beliefs. However, I was mistakenly served a chicken wrap. This is not a minor error ā it is a direct violation of my religious and ethical values, and it has caused me severe emotional distress.
When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the employee named Dhruv and the manager spoke to me in an abusive and unprofessional manner. They falsely accused me of using abusive language, which I absolutely deny. In fact, I told Dhruv, āIf you believe this is acceptable, then you eat this chicken,ā to show how wrong the situation was.
This level of customer mistreatment, combined with serving the wrong food, is completely unacceptable. I have retained the receipt and relevant evidence, and I am requesting that you record this complaint officially. Please confirm that you have received this email and that it is noted in your system.
If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will be pursuing legal action through the Canadian court system after this weekend, as this incident is unacceptable and has caused irreparable harm to my trust in your brand.
I expect a prompt written response to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read more330am arrival at this location There are 2 types of coffee available to buy from Tim Hortons. They had some of one available. There is 'no other roast'. Not do you want to wait? While I make some?. Why not? If you have to pour every jug down the drain it is what the franchise offers customers. If you don't hire people who want to do that or tell them not to make the coffee then Tim's needs to know you are not compliant
Two very visible cross armed staff standing around very interested in talking to the other. Not making coffee.
Tim hortons is known across the entire world for its COFFEE.
I invested in the time to write this. Invest in doing something about it... not lip service to me. I don't want the call 1-800 response. I can find out for myself if the company has removed the item from the menu (which it hasnt). The photo is a bad picture of a decent sized full moon last night. Because I left with nothing. I don't say awe shucks give me the gross coffee please instead lol I am not that person. I was offered nothing. I left and watched the two young ladies relaxed and enjoying their midnight shift. They probably already worked so hard...

We arrived at midnight Sunday to find most of this 401 Enroute service centre closed, except the TH. Even so, with nobody else in line, it took many long minutes for anyone even to look at us.. And then, motioned us emotionless through the guide wires (nobody else there!) to the counter, without a smile.
It seemed like forever to make two coffees. Then, when I wanted to tap my TH app to claim a free earned reward and pay from my app balance ... They told me that they do not have the App scanners... and I'd have to pay by cash or card.
So instead of using and earning my expected and valued rewards, I had to pay.
Then, in the car minutes later, my first sip was my last. The coffee was off. I spit it out and threw the rest in the garbage.
A complete waste of time, energy and money. Instead of going back in, I'm writing this to warn others to stay away from this Tim Hortons.
Note: other than this experience, this is the 1st time ever that I'm saying anything bad about a Tim Hortons anywhere in the world... and I've been to hundreds...
