Benny&Co. — Restaurant in Gatineau

I noticed today that the fries is half the portion and the chicken isn't properly cooked especially the leg part. Under cooked chicken was a issue at this particular restaurant but it was fixed so please try to not start that again. Now it doesn't make sense to raise the price and cut the portion of fries in half. I understand everything is getting more expensive,but cutting the portion of fries in half is a rip. Am hoping it's just I one time thing. Oh and please dont say all the chicken is cooked for a certain portion of time because I know for a fact it's not true,I use to work in the kitchen of a more popular similar restaurant with that same style of rotisserie chicken and when it's busy I noticed the chickens are not properly. Now there is a difference of cooking chicken that's safe to eat and a difference between properly cooked. So while your chicken might be safe to eat to which I have no doubt, the skin of the chicken should not be white,it should be brown. The taste is always good at that restaurant so all you have to do is not cut the portion of fries in half and make sure the chicken is properly cooked. Thanks. Benny & Co. never disappoints! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere is casual yet clean and inviting – perfect for a relaxed meal.

We ordered their famous rotisserie chicken, and it was absolutely perfect – juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The sides were fresh and tasty (the fries and coleslaw were personal favorites!), and the portions were generous without being overwhelming.

Service was quick, and everything came out hot and exactly as ordered. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency.

This is the second I order online and items are missing in my order the first time I called the restaurant and they send me the items that were missing, but I had to pay again which I did not appreciated cause I already paid for. Then tonight again some items were missing and the portion are really small now, we ordered a mega poutine it was more like a large poutine with hardly any chicken on it and soggy fries and the chicken breast there was no bun. Well I guess I won't be ordering from them anymore, I'll go back to St Hubert
