DISGUSTING !!!
Ordered from here through Uber. 10 peice chicken bucket arrived FULL of grease soaking through bucket and paperbag. All chicken peices are burnt and full of brownish reddish oil. Sandwich had so much mayo ouzzing through and soggy bun. I tried to call 3x no answer. Reported to uber.
Drove to the Notre Dame location. Advised the girl on cash, spraying chemicals all over the counter that we just recieved this order and it was unediable and would like a new order. She was full of attitude. ZERO customer service skills telling me the sandwich was made 3 hrs ago and this is how its made and refused to make a new one. For the bucket, she asked me if i ate any. I said my boyfriend had one peice but greasy. She laughed in my face and asked if all 10 peices were in the bucket, i said 9 yes. She laughed at me again asking if we ate the chicken or touched any of the chicken. I said i would not argue with her. I am the customer and paid $65 for this order and just want the bucket replaced. Another employee came from the back who said he was the manager. He told her multiple times to re make the food she refused and continued to speak in french mocking me and making fun of me. Throwing up her hands in the air and laughing telling the othee employee "no mayo, no pickles cause she dont want it soggy". I told the manager that this wasnt acceptable and she should be fired. He told her to stop but she continued, even talking to another customer in the dining room about me while changing the garbage. She told the other client that i asked her to prepare me a new order and that i didnt say please and how i should have spoken to her. I told her that I am the customer and she should not treat me like this.
The manager was kind and polite. He made us a new bucket, new sandwich and even a box full of chicken fingers to say sorry. He was empathetic and said what she did was wrong and that he will speak with her afterwards.
I thanked him for taking care of our order and i appreciated the redo. However i do not appreciate how i was spoken to or treated and I will go to the head office.
We will NEVER order from here again.
When we opened the bucket at home, the chicken did not look any better, kinda still overcooked and their was a staple in one of the chicken drumsticks.
Not only did i loose my time, money but our appetite.
Sickened by food and disgusted with this pompus, young girl with lack of respect for any human being.

I placed a very large order with PFK a day in advance, knowing I’d be in a time crunch on the day of pickup. I arrived exactly at the scheduled time, only to be told that they had no idea about my order—even though it was visible on the screen. They claimed the kitchen never received it.
Eventually, they “found” my order, but instead of prioritizing it (considering it was pre-ordered), they continued to fulfill walk-in orders from customers who had just arrived. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes past my scheduled pickup time, which made me late to the event I was bringing the food to.
When I politely inquired about compensation for the delay and the inconvenience, I was told bluntly: “Nothing, we don’t do that.” That level of customer service was really disappointing.
That said, once I finally got the food, it was good—as expected from PFK. But the service experience left a bad taste, and I’ll think twice before trusting them with a time-sensitive...
Read moreEntered store before 8 pm, ordered a coupon combo zinger and 2 ribs. Out of chicken for the night! Really at 8 pm??? when the store is open until 930. Pop machine down. Was offered bottle pop for my coupon but was not told it was included at no extra charge, so I declined. I understand not making new chicken when in the last half hour, is what I usually hear.
Very poor management. Usually in store 2 to 3 times per week, and only saw new manager once this year. The last guy, who looked after store was wonderful, and so was his shift supervisor. There is only 5 employees that are any good left here, and the store is always short staffed. Yet tonight with no chicken, 2 people working and 4 employees off shift sitting in the closed dining room.
Out of last 4 orders, I ordered waffle fries and received them once. I order in English and everyone speaks English fluently except for 2 workers, including one shift supervisor, so I USUALLY feel comfortable purchasing from this...
