I have lodged a formal complaint against this location. They are dishonest, the food is inedible and they are operating under two different business names with the pizza pizza menu. I ordered from them earlier this week and had paid for the order online and had included a 5$ tip and requested contactless delivery due to the late hour. I received my order and the driver waited for me to open the door to ask how much tip I was giving him. I explained that it was 5$ and already included in my payment. I close the door and the pizza was very bad and had so much sauce it was unbelievable. None of what I ordered was good. After four phonecalls to the call center I was finally provided with a partial credit and upon looking over my transactions noticed an additional 5$ was charged and my original transaction cancelled. I have photo proof of this. Fast forward to tonight, I am looking to order food and did NOT want pizza pizza so I deliberately ordered from what I thought was a different restaurant called poulet poulet only to receive my order and it was pizza pizza as seen in the pictures and once again the food was below par....the sandwich is nothing like the picture and was missing ingredients. Read moreI just ordered food now but the service I just got was so poor I had to write a review. First, it was hard to understand the person as he was speaking so fast I could hardly understand. When I asked him to repeat himself, I instead got yelled at. Secondly, my boyfriend and I requested to do separate bills, because we would rather pay for our own stuff. The gentleman insisted (rather, practically tried to force me) to make it one because of extra charges, which is fair. I said we were ok with paying extra fees. He then proceeded to attempt to just assume to put it on one bill Instead of two when I said "it's not one bill it's two" I got yelled at again almost saying it's going on one bill and that's it. The whole time he was rude and very disrespectful. Working in customer service as well, I know that that's not how you are supposed to treat your customers. Read moregood food.. when you actually get the food you paid for. customer service: if i could put a negative mark on it i would. they forget your order, they forget to give full orders to the drivers, there's no way of talking to anyone on site, all calls are dirrected to a "head office" where no one knows whats going on, they cant access your order and they basically tell you "we can't fix the problem we created" they put no effort into customer satisfaction whatsoever. and try to pass to blame to anyone except their staff.overall do not recommend, at least not when it comes to ordering. in no way do i want anything from them as compensation at this point nor do i want to waste any more time trying to talk to one of their staff. however i do want people to know...
