Ordered online, took 1h20 to get pizzas. 40mins later than expected time system gave me. Called to asked where was our food and the guy said yeah it's on it's way, but never asked who I was nor my address. Pizza arrived 30mins later and was cold. Honestly, their crust is great, love the taste and they are generous on toppings, but disappointing service. Even for pick up it's never ready, They start making it when you arrive 30-40mins after ordering. 1 ⭐

I do not recommend this take out!! We received a pizza with a hair built in the cheese. We called to address the situation, they sent someone back to our home , stating we were lying because none of the cooks had hair, even after we showed him the pizza we kept with the piece of hair. He then told us we wouldn’t be able to have a replacement because we through it out our pizza. It all started with my order placed on the phone. They provided me with combo 4 and then when I got there, they said they gave 15 wings on accident and that is not under combo 4 it is under another combo that does not come with drinks and dips for $34.00. I said sure forget the drinks and dips and let’s do that. He tells me the total is $44. What hidden fees did he put on. This was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I was disappointed to hear my partner gave them a tip when they paid the total.
