So Friday the 25th of March walked into Pizza Hut with my nieces sister and mother at about 3:50. Placed our order at about 4pm for a large pizza and some chicken wings. The waitress was very pleasant and her service was great but they were very understaffed as the poor girl had about 7 tables alone with her being the only waitress. Being patient as we were we finally go our food at 4:45. The pizza had come out first apparently and it was stuffed crust. The cheese looked like it had already been oozing out for a while and was crusted on the pizza pan. Needless to say pizza was cold. We were hungry at that point so we tried to just eat it. Once the chicken wings came 5 minutes later they were also cold as if they were sitting on a counter for some time with a fan on them. We had brought this to the attention of the server at this point. She then got the manager for us. The manager ROB was very condescending and acted like we were wasting his time brining his to his attention. Acting like he was going out of his way for us told us that the "least" he could do was put another pizza in the oven for us and reheat the wings. Not knowing what do do feeling awkward and wanting to walk out we just said yes. Pizza will be ready in 6 minutes guaranteed he said! Waited 15 more minutes. Nieces asking for pizza getting restless at this point finally the pizza comes out and wow what do you know it's actually hot this time. Few minutes later wings come out hot this time too. Eating through the chicken wing bowl and what do you know we get to seeing the bottom of the bowl and there's a 1 inch puddle of oil in the bowl these chicken wings are swimming in. We all instantly lost our appetite. We bring this to the attention of the girl at the counter and she says oh my god I have never seen something like that. Then we ask to speak to the manager ROB once again. He then comes defensive and condescending again saying this is normal that it's garlic butter and that's complete bullshit! A Ignorant person like this should never be running a restaurant. The waitress was a hundred times more ethical and sincere than her own manager. He apologized once and was very sarcastic and not sincere. I do not recommend anyone to visit this chain of Pizza Hut. Take a drive to the Merivale location of you need to. This manager needs to be replaced or needs to go through training once again to learn about customer service. By far the worst experience at a restaurant thanks to rob. I feel sorry for the workers who work under him. If you do the math we waited 55 minutes for for this pizza. If pizza takes 6 minutes in the oven that means it sat on the counter for 49 minutes. I would give no stars if I could. But that one star is for the server. On top of everything ROB did not offer any sort of discount of any sort. Paid full price for this...

Knowing I live a bit far from pizza hut I told him by the time I get the pizza it will be cold he answers me and says no. I receive pizza , it looks like it was reheated and there barely any cheese on it , cheese missing on some slices and looks a bit burnt. I call and say I want a refund or a new pizza . The guy says he will send me a new pizza , 40 min pass I call and ask if the delivery guy left he says yes I asked about how long ago he says I don't know but he's coming all this with a rude tone of voice. I ask for his name he says he doesn't want to give it to me. MIND YOU I CALLED WITH MY NUMBER THE FIRST TIME TO SAY IT WAS COLD HE DIDNT ANSWER , I CALLED BACK PRIVATE HE ANSWERED! THEN WHEN I CALLED TO ASK HOW LONG FOR THE SECOND TIME AROUND I CALL 2 TIMES PRIVATE NO ANSWER , I CALL WITH ANOTHER NUMBER HE ANSWERS. Here I am back again, apparently unable to leave two reviews so I am forced to edit my older one.
So my girlfriend and I went to this pizza Hut today for their lunch buffet if we made it in time. We arrived at 153pm. Walking in, I notice the buffet is completely full of food. This was actually surprising as every time I've gone to a PH buffet there's been like 1-2 pizzas and one side out max. We sit down, wait a few minutes for the server when there were only TWO others in the whole restaurant. Waitress comes and says the buffet is closed, and I see them taking the food to the back. I say uh no it closes at 2 and theres a full buffet of food there which I'm going to eat (politely) she responds by saying no the employees are going to eat all of that food. There was like 3 pizzas and 3 sides out. So, rather than serve a customer and accept our money they said the buffet is closed and we left.
