McDonald's — Restaurant in Gatineau

Ordered a wrap and asked to put mayo in it. I waited 15 minutes before getting my order. I open my wrap. The wrap had the chicken and mayo. Nothing else (no lettuce, cheese, tomatoes). How do you even screw up a wrap like that?

Went there a second time and ordered 10 nuggets with a fry. Waited another 15 minutes and got three burgers instead. Went to see them and they started yelling at each other about the order. They ended up giving me my order : 8 nuggets and very cold and soggy fries. Can't even count properly.

Many other incidents like this have happened. Don't go to this McDonald's....

We were the only ones waiting for our order and it still took about 15 minutes to receive it. There was a huge puddle of coke on the floor that nobody cared to clean. All the tables were dirty. The drink machine counter was filthy, with a full garbage overflowing. We were not given lids and there was only small ones beside the machine, which after waiting so long, having to go ask them for some is just the cherry on top of that filthy Sunday.

Only redeeming factor is that our food was hot and fries were...

When we were there the employees were all standing around talking (totally fine — just pointing out it wasn’t busy). The food was VERY cold and they forgot our 10 piece nuggets. The fries and sauce for that meal were there, but not the nuggets. I tried to call, but both times the line dropped/hung up when put through.

My burger was so cold, and all the toppings were old (brown lettuce, mushy tomato). What a waste of $30.00. I never leave reviews… but this made me so annoyed. Done going to...
