Pizza Express — Restaurant in Gatineau

FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME!!!! ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING FOOD AND SERVICE.

Ordered their promotion for Lasagna with meat sauce, only option is for all dressed with garlic bread, paid additional $6 to add cheese.

Ordered through Uber. Opened foil wrap, paid $12 for 2 half peices of OLD, stale bread, didnt taste garlic and excuse me where is $6 of cheese to the bread? NON exsistant.

Called the restaurant, where they said the chef said they added cheese. I explained that there was one quarter size of cheese added to the order. They put someone else on who wss beyond RUDE and said he put cheese on. I said there is none. He proceeded to tell me that this is what I get when I order through Uber, a 3rd party company and that it was a promotion so what do I expect. I asked for him to remake the garlic bread with actual cheese and have it delivered. He said he cannot.

Opened Lasagna, where is the meat? All dressed? LOL maybe 2 mushrooms, lookef under the small amount of cheese, couldnt find meat, peppers or pepporoni. What we did find was cut up overcooked noodles DROWNING in tomato juice. One bite was too much.

We have packaged up this order and placed a new order with Gatineau Pizza. Should have done this in the first place. What were we thinking to try this place with horrible reviews and a 3.5 star rating.

I am thinking to deliver this order right back to the restaurant and show the owner and/manager but seeing how many previous comments have been made about horrible service and the service received over the phone, I am sure nothing will be done.

The only thing is that you have robbed me of my money spent tonight and the so called food you sent is going right where it belongs, DIRECTLY INTO THE GARBAGE CAN.

AND...to the wonderful employee we spoke to on the phone, your customer service is AS DISGUSTING as the garbage you prepared and sent to us. If you were a manager or the owner, you should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I probably will loose my hard earned money from this place and uber because they are crooks just like you!

I am currently writing this review while sitting in the parking lot so far we have not tasted the food and there isn’t really any atmosphere because of this late at night we needed something to eat so we saw this place was open and we’re going to try it I will update this review once we have tried their food, but I have to tell you so far. It gets a five out of five

very accommodating, very personable very friendly. If this restaurant was just rated on his knowledge of pizza and his willingness to serve, it would easily be a five and five I will let you know what we think about the food.

This was fantastic pizza. We had him choose our toppings. On side for me one for my wife. Mine was cheese and bacon and pepperoni and mushrooms and hers was veggie.

It was great.

Crust has nice flavour

Toppings were generous

Cooked very well.

I honestly stay with my 5 stars.

Maybe a little more cooked on bottom if you like crispy bottom but for us it was exactly how we like it

I just moved out here with my 2 daughters. Yesterday i took a ME day with my youngest we went out shopping then we decided to go somewhere & eat and we saw this cute little place decided to go check it out.

If I could rate a gazillion stars i would honestly the food is the best. And to put the cherry on top they have a really cute cheesecake bar ive purchased a plum cake wich was absolutely yummy. ♡ i will be back very soon to dig in their deserts with the girls.

Last but not least the lady who was working my heart goes out to her such a good soul and very good energy. Lovely lady and amazing social skills she made us feel very welcome. My toddler really enjoyed all the decorations and of course the yummmmy food. ♡♡♡

We shall be back soon. Yall if you havent been here you have got to go in and i promise no regrets.

I really appreciated the billingual service also. Very clean as well.
