Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Gatineau

Both times that I requested contactless pick up from the Aylmer location I was required to go into the store, wait in line and have full contact service with the extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending girl working the cash register. She rudely said that the curbside pick up just means you pay online. When I asked then what the contactless part was and what the difference then was from regular pickup, she blew me off and practically threw my food at me. I have filed a complaint with the head office as well as reported them to the city and officials for not obliging by COVID rules they offer.

"Pizza Pizza is now offering safe Contactless Delivery and Pick Up. Select Contactless Delivery or Pick Up at Checkout, Pay Online and we will place your food at a safe distance at your door or in our restaurants and wait for you to collect your items. Thank you for choosing Pizza Pizza."

Safe distance? Don't offer a service you can't stand by. Again, I had to wait in line while my child sat in the car and the cashier completely disregarded everyone in line and 5 employees behind her were having the time of their lives. Someone needs to have a hard look at their employees, they are horrible. Especially the girl who works the cash. Customer Service is...

I have ordered from Pizza Pizza rarely.On Saturday we were moving and I ordered pizza from Pizza Pizza in Aylmer to feed everyone. The girl I was ordering from couldnt find my address. Pizza Pizza called back 3 times to confirm the address. I was going to bring the truck back to the centre and my cell phone rang. It was Pizza Pizza's driver. He told me that he was standing at my door and no one was there.

I knew my dad was at my house, my daughter, cousin, uncle and son were at the house waiting on the pizza.

I asked the driver where he was and he gave me the right address but the wrong city!!!! I am in Aylmer and he was trying to deliver the pizza to an address in Hull!! he hung up and told me he was on his way.

By this time I realized that the pizza was going to be delivered late and cold. I called customer service to have the girl hang up on me half way through the call. When I called back the girl said the ONLY thing they could do was cancel that order and make me new pizza's. I had already been waiting an hour for the pizza I refused to wait another hour when I had people to feed.

So we had overpriced, undercooked, cold pizza.

NEVER again will I order from here and I will not be recommending this...

I went in to pick up a take out order. The owners wife was the only one working. A young boy in front of me placed an order for chicken fingers or some kind of frozen chicken meal. The woman proceeded to use the cash register, and then, wearing no gloves, went to the freezer, took out the chicken and threw it all in the fryer with her bare hands. Meanwhile, all the chicken she put back in the freezer now had her dirty hands on it for the next person to order! I asked her why she wasn't wearing gloves and she told me the fryer temperature kills everything!!! BAD answer. She then grabbed my takeout order with those same unwashed hands. This is not the first time I have seen very bad hygiene in this location but during this time of COVID, there is no excuse to not take the proper steps to protect the customers. Last time I will step foot in this location. One star is only because I have to put a star, In my opinion they don't deserve any stars....
