Soooooo disappointed! But live and learn, this was my last time ordering delivery from this location… horrible customer service… I didn’t get what I ordered, I was supposed to get surf and turf but only got the turf! When I called to get a credit for my surf the employee tells me to contact Skip because it was an error in the App… uh no, the App worked beautifully according to my bill. She said “doesn’t matter if kitchen made the mistake you’ll have to contact Skip”. Wow! This was not my first time ordering here but definitely the last time i do, I spend $84 for an over cooked filet mignon, cold spanakopita and missing butterfly shrimps! Not to mention the piss poor attitude of the employee that didn’t want to be bothered!: **Update: Instead of asking dissatisfied customers to contact you via email, maybe teach your kitchen staff how to cook a medium rare filet minion properly, ensure they respect the food they cook and send out of the kitchen whether it’s at the restaurant or delivery, how to double check and read tickets and remind employees that the reason they have a job is because returning customers. Granted some customers are not always pleasant but not listening to legitimate complaints is inexcusable. So no, I will not send an email to be told I will get a credit next time I order because sadly that’ll never happen again. The meal and customer service I received left a bad taste in my mouth. I recently dined at Casa Grecque (Aylmer) and was extremely disappointed with the service and overall experience. Having been a loyal customer for years, this visit was a stark contrast to the quality we had come to expect.

The waitress assigned to our tables was incredibly rude. When my guest politely asked for more bread, she rolled her eyes and made us feel uncomfortable. To make matters worse, she took bread from one of our other tables and gave it to a different table, which is both unprofessional and unsanitary.

Additionally, we had to ask three times before she finally brought us ice buckets. The potatoes served were dry and hard, making them nearly inedible. Despite asking twice for juice for my child, it never arrived, and our cups were never refilled throughout the meal.

One of my guests had a particularly frustrating experience. The waitress got his order wrong and then insisted that he hadn’t ordered what he actually did. She made no effort to correct the mistake promptly, and by the time she returned, he had lost his appetite and ended up not eating at all.

This experience was a significant letdown, especially since we have always enjoyed dining here in the past. Unfortunately, after this visit, we will be looking for a different restaurant to celebrate my other child’s special occasion. If you value your health and time, do not go to this place. Me and my boyfriend went to this place on the weekend for a quick bite to eat. We got that deal for couples for $48. Fast forward to 2:30 am, I am puking my guts out and having explosive diarrhea. Fast forward to 9 am and my boyfriend is glued to the toilet also. I don't know which part of the meal caused that (or maybe the whole meal) but the food itself was not only clearly unsanitary but also not worth the money. Here is why. Chicken was so hard that if you drop it on the floor it would break the hardwood and end up in the basement. Beef medallions wrapped in bacon...uhmmm..yumm.. NO! The beef was probably dehydrated on purpose to make people who eat it choke to death. The bacon wrapped around the beef was as thin as paper, and yes, also dehydrated to the point that you could use it as a blade in a jigsaw to cut wood. Potatoes looked like they were cooked a week ago and left to rot in a dumpster before being served. Shrimps were okay 3/10. In all honesty, its impossible to mess up shrimps. All in all, I have had better Greek TAKE OUT food for less money which did not induce vomiting and explosive diarrhea. Save your health and your money and do not even sniff the air...
