Subway — Restaurant in Gatineau

Im ordering 2 sandwiches, different ones, he was rushing me to tell him more quickly what vegetables I wanted even though they weren't on the sandwiches yet so I speed up anyway, and of course he put the spicy stuff in mine and I'd love to eat spicy but physically can't. He said then he'll just add the other ingredients on the other one, not a care in the world for the fact that the other has spicy cheese AND I CAN'T EAT THAT. They made me pay before the veggies step. He did say sorry and then didn't add the crunchy to the crunchy terriaky I ordered. And as I'm eating it, I can taste the left over juice from the removed spicy vegetables and can tell tomorrow is going to be a bad day for me. I can't eat the rest. What a waste. I work next Door and popped in to use the washroom as I couldn't make it to my work bathroom on the way there shop,we were going to eat there when we were done shopping but I was met by an angry man sitting at a table yelling at me and saying he's calling the police calling me names and threatening me,I was dressed well so no way he thought I was a homeless person 😂 that's all I could think of why this crazy random stranger started yelling,I just need the bathroom and decided after this very unpleasant encounter (I'm assuming he was a manager??)I will no longer be eating there on my lunch break or on shopping trips ever again...bravo!what terrible treatment for anyone whether homeless or not .....which I am definitely not and will be recommending my staff no longer bring their business there either...this man scared me and had me shaking, what a traumatic experience for a 50 year old lady,just to use...

I just went in this store to purchase a 12inch sub i got a video call from my family while i was talking i went into the wash room, before i could finish talk it was the police knocking on the washroom door. the police told me they call because i was on my phone and it was disturbing them. Very Very rasist persons was working at this subway at about 2:55pm on tuesdays September 7, 2022. I was really dissapointed with the way the employees treated a customer.
