Pizza Shawarma Plateau — Restaurant in Gatineau

Awful place, doesn't even feel clean, food isn't fresh. He refused to mix my garlic sauce with hummus in my shawarma, wanted ne to pay while I'm giving my order. I asked to pay after I'm done while it's in the toaster. He wasn't happy about that. Thank god I didn't pay before! He couldn't mix my sauce on my shawarma! No tobouli as a choice. I told him to forget my order, he says, good and you can leave. Appalled by his tone, body language, didn't greet me. Never going back there! There pizza is dry and old if you get the slices. This place used to be so good. I ordered a large poutine ( which is what we usually get from here) and it was almost empty. There was hardly any fries in the takeout tin. The gravy had weird globs in in like it was old and the cheese was cold. They only put gravy on half. It's the last time I'll pick up from here. We already drive somewhere else for pizza and now we won't be back for the one thing we would have ordered from them. I have lived here from when they opened and it was pretty good. The guys were super nice. They have a TV playing videos like Musique Plus when I was young so it was good atmosphere, especially that i was eating alone that day.

Pizza was good but personally would have liked it hotter to my taste.

I would also suggest a round of table cleaning per hr maybe..cuz out of 3 tables available when i went to sit all 3 was obvious someone was there before me. Not super dirty though, just spots of grease, but me having homeworks to do, naturally was looking for a clean spot.
